Hello! I am Anna from the Rocky Mountains of Colorado. I own an ice cream store in Breckenridge where I make and scoop all of our 250+ flavors. I am originally from Massachusetts but I have lived most of my life in Colorado since attending CU-Boulder, graduating with an Environmental Conservation degree. Ice cream came to me sort of like a mid-life crisis. I wanted to spend time making people happy. Best choice I made! Now I am adding Island Cottage to my ways to make people happy. Please enjoy yourself at this beautiful getaway.
Why they chose this property
When I saw Island Cottage for sale, my heart starting racing and I knew this was the place I needed in my life! It is in the laid-back side of St. John and mirrors my house setting in Colorado; It's so peaceful, yet close (walking distance) to the amenities that one might need e.g. grocery store, restaurants, rental equipment, etc. But most importantly, it is close to the ocean, beaches, places to explore, and be away from crowds.
Island Cottage is beautiful in itself with its large deck overlooking Coral Bay and sunny, open interior from which to watch a passing squall of rain. But Island Cottage, nestled on a hillside lets you escape for a bit from the fast moving pace of life we all know too well!

What makes this property unique
There are not many places in Coral Bay from where you can walk to restaurants and to the water. Island Cottage is a short walk to popular restaurants, bars, and even the grocery stores. After a day at the beach, it's nice to stroll down for dinner as the sun sets and have a cocktail and enjoy the nightlife of Coral Bay.
