Just remember, pictures are not always accurate and things don’t always work that are supposed to and when they say extras are provided that’s a joke because all our extra stuff was broke or tore up. Our washer did not work in six people really could not fit in there like they said they could ice machine did not work. The only thing good about the place was the hotel swimming area was great.

The location couldn’t be closer to the beach, and I could see the ocean from both balconies. There were minor inconveniences (a lock and several bedroom lights didn’t work, and the balconies hadn’t been cleaned to be used) but overall it was a good spot to go in between trips to the pool and ocean.

Great location. Hotel staff were very pleasant. Pools and slide were Clean and fun. As for the suite we rented the view was nice from living room and bedroom. The suite itself had many issues. The freezer needs defrosted so things could fit. The shower curtain was covered in mold. There was no lock on deadbolt. Our room code was visible to anyone who looked at the bottom lock. The hotel had a flood from a broken sprinkler (which I understand does happen) but the suite owner never reached out to us after being notified several times. They had to shut off the water so no shower or flushing of the toilet for a day. We had 2 fans and a giant dehumidifier next to the toilet they told us we couldn't turn off. They were so loud we couldn't hear each other speak. If we rented from the hotel itself they would have taken better care of us by comping a couple nights. They gave us toilet paper because there was only a roll and 1/2 when we got there. We were staying 5 nightsThe room doesn't sleep 6. I would say 4 adults or 5 if u have toddlers. The washer leaked all over the floor when doing clothes which we ended up repairing. Overall I would stay at this hotel again just never with the owners of this suite.

The place was filthy. Food on walls and cabinets. Dishes were dirty. None of the bedding was clean. Pullout couch that our kids were supposed to sleep on had food stains all over it. Stains on the couch. Extra blanket in the closet had maple syrup on it. Hair all over the sheets in the room. Didn't have our pool wristbands and after searching the entire place after being told repeatedly that they were there by the host we had to go to front desk to get them. Sliding door in bedroom will barely open/close. Only supplied with 2 rolls of toilet paper. Ocean Reef itself was a nice play to stay. People who work there are great and they have good food too. Recommend the place just not this room.

Nice condo

My family of 6 just stayed here it was a really nice condo it had a really nice aesthetic the appliances were nice it had washer and dryer which was a great thing to have when your on vacation with such a large family even the dishes and pots and pans were really nice and we enjoyed our stay here I definitely recommend it it’s small but a cute lil apartment
