Rick, thanks for the review and feedback on your stay! When your group called to let us know of the well issue, we promptly sent someone out to attempt to repair the issue. During the day your group was away from the cabin visiting attractions and sightseeing. When you returned to the cabin and called our office, we let you know the issue wouldn't be able to be fixed during your stay. We also let you know we had cleaned and prepared an alternative cabin of similar size, amenities and price range--even the same floorplan--for you to move to. You declined this offer and told us you would have your entire group (8 adults) write negative reviews of our company online if we didn't offer him a full refund. The issue with the well was due to a lightning storm that hit the pump, this has been fixed for future guests moving forward.
