This 6 bedroom, 5 bathroom, 8 bedroom Isle of Palms home has a private pool, wide open living space, 2 rooftop decks with ocean views, located steps away from beach, restaurants and all the action. You will be in the heart of island life. It is the perfect beach house for a large family getaway, celebrations or bringing friends together. Walk in and up a few stairs (or elevator) to see what awaits. Two wet bar areas on the 3rd and 4th floor allow for fun and entertaining throughout the home.



When not relaxing on the beach the home includes a private pool in the backyard. Please note the pool is not heated. In the garage you will find 10-12 beach chairs, pool toys, beach cart and a full size additional fridge for easy drinks and food out by the pool or easy cooler restocking to the beach.





Bedroom Layout:

4th floor - 2 queen beds between the rooftop decks, in suite bathroom, lives like a loft /not closed off bedroom. Brand new Split unit to cool this floor

3rd floor - Main living floor - has one King bed/bedroom with in suite bathroom that is also the only bathroom on main living

2nd floor - the remaining 4 bedrooms are as follows. #1 King bed/in suite bathroom #2 Main Bedroom with King bed & in suite bathroom and slider doors to pool area #3 Two Queen beds #4 One Queen Bed. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a jack and jill bathroom



Guests are given both a garage door and front door code to easily access the home. Code given a couple days before your arrival



Local partners provide rentals of beach chairs, bicycles and any and all baby/kid gear you may need for your vacation. Bath linens and beach towels are provided as well as a starter kit for the first day which includes toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, sponge, paper towels, toilet paper, coffee and filters, cleaning supplies.

We had an exceptional experience at this location! The rooms, the kitchen, to the pool was all superb. We absolutely loved having access to the rooftop. Awesome rental

We had a great time. There was plenty of space for 7 of us to spread out. The home is beautiful and we LOVED the neighborhood. Close proximity to shops and several restaurants as well as the beach. Were able to walk to everything in the neighborhood in less than 5 minutes.

Perfect for our large group

This property was perfect for our large group of 16 ranging in age from 6 to 73. We had plenty of room both for sleeping & socializing without ever feeling like we were on top of one another. Great location, quick walk to the beach & the older kids (teens) loved being able to walk for coffee, ice cream, etc. on their own. It was so nice having our own pool as well which was shaded in the afternoon — perfect for cooling off after a day at the beach. Easy communication with owners as well.

Great location & space

We had a great stay that included family ranging from infants to grandparents. The space was perfect for everyone to gather for meals, game night etc and then retreat to their rooms for privacy as well. The pool was great & the walk to the beach was easy. We loved having the beach chairs, cart & pool toys. We had a little trouble keeping the 4th floor as cool as we like it & it lacks privacy, as it is the walk through to both rooftop decks but it is a large space with plenty of room for pack n plays, etc. We really enjoyed our stay & would definitely book again if we planned to be at IOP.

Best beach house ever!

This was the 7th time renting a beach house in the area. This was by far the absolute best. Plenty of room for the entire family to be together to have meals and socialize. Bedrooms are spacious. Loved having an extra refrigerator in the garage. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants. Eric and Michelle were on top of any questions/concerns. I would definitely book this again!

Great For Large Groups & Excellent Location

I stayed here over a long weekend with a large group of friends. We had some bad weather for two of the days, so had to spend a lot of time inside the house. It was spacious enough for all 13 of us to hang out and play games comfortably in the dining/living room area. You can't beat this location! There are numerous fun bars and restaurants within a block or two. We went to a concert at the Windjammer and it's an amazing outdoor venue in the sand with the beach as a backdrop. I would highly recommend staying in this house and hope to come back soon!
