Outstanding accommodations.

The Grand Penthouse was perfect for our 10 days in Hermosa. We walked out every morning and caught a glimpse of monkeys on several days. The grounds are safe and kept beautifully. With two pool options, it was always a pleasure to use them. The unit is spacious and has everything you could need. The ice maker was never empty, which we loved. Melissa was at the ready with any assistance we needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We re-connected with one another in the PERFECT place

Costa Rica was new to us. We hoped we had picked a good location. WE DID! After renting a car (as we new we wanted to explore a few additional areas) we drove to our home away from home - and it was exactly that. We wanted our adult children to be comfortable with their own spaces. We also wanted to cook together and play games in the evening. We had other family staying at other locations visit once in a while. The patio was a favourite gathering place to watch incredible sunsets. The staff throughout the property including security were excellent and helped improve our Spanish. We were close enough to the beach and restaurants (Ginger really is spectacular) and small corner stores so we could make burritos, nachos and always have tequila on hand. It was absolutely perfect. Melissa, thank you for being such a great host and creating such a warm environment where we could be together, feel safe, and connected.

Perfect penthouse, perfect location

This property is very well appointed. Everything was exactly like the pictures. Every worked perfectly. Loved the beach and calm, less touristy town. Gorgeous harbour, easy access to a Mini Mart and beach side bars.

Relaxing Vacation

Our vacation was amazing. This condo was very spacious, clean and well located to everything we needed. Great views from the balcony and comfortable throughout. The kitchen, bathrooms, laundry were stcoked and allowed us to pack light. The bodega and restaurants across the street were super convenient. Everything you need (beach, restaurants, bars) is easily within walking distance and sunsets are amazing! Pools are big and relaxing, gate staff were super friendly, and property was well kept. Definitely recommend this property and would stay again on our next trip to Costa Rica.
