The owner lives in the same residence.
"Grenier 5", 1-room studio 20 m2 on 2nd floor. Entrance hall. Living/dining room with 1 double fold-away bed (150 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony, north facing position. Kitchenette (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Dolce Gusto) extra, raclette grill). Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position. Balcony furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 1. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Très bonne localisation et fonctionnel

L’appartement est très bien situé, à 20m des remontées mécaniques tu fonctionnel. Petit bémol, la literie n’est pas confortable (matelas très dur). Pour le prix, on s’attendrait à quelques capsules de café, ainsi que du savon.
