There is ample space for the entire family and your friends to spread out and enjoy this four-bedroom, two bathroom single story home located in Cypress Breeze Plantation in Santa Rosa Beach. Located adjacent to Longleaf Pine Trail with access to trail out the back door, this location is perfect.

You will have access to the community's resort pool and waterfalls with the beach less than 1 mile away. This beautiful home is full of lovely furnishings including an expansive office with arcade game and also can be closed off for your convenience and privacy. Outdoor space includes a large backyard, with a deck/patio plus grill and plenty of seating to relax and lounge. This home offers direct access to the Longleaf Pine Trailhead (14.2 mile loop trail great for hiking and mountain biking) through the backyard, giving you a second public access point (less than 1 mile) to the beach. The kitchen has everything you would need and is fully stocked with service for 8 and includes a large dining table and seating at the counter.

All linens are laundered and sanitized after every stay for your peace of mind. When you're not heading to the white sugar-sand beach, you'll have access to the community's Vegas style pool.

The sleeping arrangements are as follows:

Master - King bed. Bedroom 2 - King bed. Bedroom 3 - King bed. Bedroom 4 - Twin and Full Bunk bed.

This close-to-the gulf home is just North of 30A on the South side of Hwy 393 in Cypress Breeze Plantation, which is known for its beautiful plantation homes, family-friendly atmosphere, and the best pool in the area. You are walking distance to all the restaurants and bars at Gulf Place 30A. Pristine beaches, coastal dune lakes, wetlands, wonderful hiking and bird-watching opportunities are just a few of the many natural attractions this area offers. Take a scenic bike ride along 30A, stop for a drink and a delicious meal at one of the many restaurants ... possibilities are endless.
