About this property

This large 2/2 ba unit has three 50" TVs, Euro Pillowtop mattresses, One King and One Queen sized bed in each bedroom. USB charging lamps in each room, stainless steel appliances, full sized refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. Full sized washer and dryer is included as well. This is an everything included unit so utilities, cable, and wifi are included with your rent payment. Just bring your toothbrush and you'll be set. There is a resort styled swimming pool/spa, car wash on site, bark park, and a business center. The unit is very close to shopping and major highways - just 7 min to the airport. Gated communities with keyless entry, and free parking is our company standard amenities. We'd love to accommodate your Orlando stay. Video walk thru is available upon request. Less than 12 miles to over 5 major hospitals. Only 8 minutes away from Lake Nona's Medical City and Nemours Children's Hospital. Be the first tenant to occupy this our new unit.

I'm from the Caribbean (Trinidad), I've been in the hospitality field most of my life and I enjoy providing safe, clean, functional spaces for travelers. Traveling is a favorite past time for me so I know how it feels to visit a space and have the right accommodation.

Why they chose this property

This property is unique in it's size and what it offers. It's elegant but comfortable - from the sumptuous sofas when you enter to the super comfortable euro-pillow-topped mattresses on each bed. It has all the basic essentials needed to have a stress free stay while you're visiting Orlando. Relax and stream your favorite shows on any of the large smart tvs throughout. Or head over to the community pool to relax in the jacuzzi or you can work out whenever you choose because the fitness center is available 24/7. The community is fully gated and parking is free.
