The accommodation
Welcome to La Moucharde, one of the two houses of the Hameau de Milyann, nestled in Saint-Pierre-du-Bosguérard, in the heart of the Normandy countryside.

Designed to accommodate up to 11 travellers and a baby, this house of character is ideal for family reunions, stays with friends, birthdays, family reunions or simply to treat yourself to a break in the countryside.

The house, classified 4 Stars, has four rooms with a unique identity:
**Le Boudoir**, on the ground floor,
**Le Doux Nid**, perfect for families,
**La Mansarde**, full of charm under the roof, and **L'Alcôve**, an intimate cocoon.

You will also enjoy two bathrooms, three separate toilets, a large fully equipped kitchen, a warm living room, fibre Wi-Fi and generous living spaces designed to share beautiful moments.

The bathroom on the ground floor is equipped with a bathtub and a spacious walk-in shower, particularly appreciated for its comfort and level access. The second bathroom also has a shower and a bathtub.

Outside, a private heated swimming pool, open from May 1st to September 30th, a terrace, a Weber barbecue and a large garden invite you to make the most of the sunny days.

When the temperatures cool down, the fireplace becomes the heart of the house. To welcome you, we offer you the first fire. If you want to prolong these warm moments, wooden baskets are available at a price of €15, offering plenty of enough to feed the fireplace for a late afternoon and a pleasant evening.

On arrival, the beds are prepared and linen is provided. Each traveller has a toiletry kit including a glove, a small and a large towel, reserved for use in the bathroom.
For the swimming pool, large bath towels are available for rent at a rate of €5 per person per stay.

Out of season, from October to April, late check-out on SUNDAY FOR 5 PM instead of 10 AM is included in your reservation! Take advantage of your Sunday to perfect your relaxation at the Hamlet. This is also the case for Easter Monday and Whit Monday, a way to end a nice long weekend.

A cot and equipment for toddlers are available on request.

The Hamlet of Milyann is ideally located to discover the treasures of Normandy: Rouen, Le Bec-Hellouin, Jumièges, Honfleur, Étretat or Deauville are easily accessible for a day trip.

Depending on the 4 seasons, enjoy a natural and intimate setting:
—Winter by the fire, the magic of family gatherings takes place, Christmas decorations, fondue and raclette sets, friendly games, big screen TV... With family or friends, enjoy good times that smell of chocolate and cinnamon! Want to learn how to make Kanel Bullar (or cinamon rolls)? At the Hamlet, we can organise a workshop for you!
—In spring, nature awakens, the park is dressed in warmer and warmer colours! Come and treat yourself to the first spring break, the first barbecue and enjoy the opening of our swimming pool, sometimes in preview depending on the weather. Fancy a cutting workshop? Jams? It's possible at the Hameau de Milyann.
—Summer will delight your heart at the Hamlet! The swimming pool becomes the centre of your world, the terrace calls you and idleness carries you away. The dazzling nature bewitches the eyes and time stands still. If you wish, the Hamlet can organise a French-style meal evening!
—Autumn at the Hameau is a piece of childhood that springs back. The smell of falling leaves, chestnuts that we collect and roast, the hazelnuts from our trees that we roast for your pleasure and the storytelling evenings that we can organise for you by the fire to roast shamallows... all you have to do is ask!
