We are back! The apartment is available again on the market after a long-term rental:

The Lagosol boutique apartment is centrally but quietly located on the historic city wall. All tourist facilities such as restaurants, cafes, market hall, shops, marina, beaches etc. can be reached on foot in a few minutes. From the south-facing balcony there is a wonderful panoramic view over the roofs of the old town to the sea.
The charming apartment is on the 1st Floor of a well-kept house. It has just been renovated with great attention to detail and great care and tastefully furnished: living / dining room, large kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 balconies, 1 loggia with writing / reading corner and communal courtyard with barbecue facilities.
The design combines traditional Portuguese style with modern maritime elements in sand and turquoise tones. Free WiFi is available. You will feel comfortable in this chic city apartment with lots of flair. An ideal, central location to explore the beauties of the Algarve.

The equipment with heating / cooling also allows pleasant stays in winter.

The property was in a great location close to beaches,shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed the help on travel guides and restaurants to try while in the area from Simao. The area was quiet and very relaxing. Loved every minute of the experience. Highly recommend!!

Lovely Lagos

Apartment by Old Wall in Lagos

This is a lovely 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need for a long term stay. The view is spectacular. It is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the marina and town centre. As well the bus and train station are easily accessible for trips to other towns and cities. Overall, I highly recommend this property.

Lagos Boutique Apartment

It was my second stay in this lovely 2 bedroom apartment and I highly recommend it. It is spacious, nicely furnished, extremely clean, well equipped and the view from the balcony is beautiful.. Both the owner and property manager respond quickly to answer any questions you might have. I would not hesitate to stay here again if the property is available on my requested dates.

Quiet with great old town views

We stayed 3 months in this lovely 2 bedroom which overlooks the old city of Lagos with views of historic buildings and beautifully cared for gardens. The apartment is nicely furnished and very well equipped for a comfortable feeling of home. Everything you need is included. The location couldn’t have been better, just inside the wall fortifications and within walking distance to all amenities including various restaurants, shops and markets. The owners Detlef and Silke were wonderful hostes, very attentive to all our needs. We would highly recommend this apartment to anyone planning a visit to the Algarve.

Charming Apartment in Excellent Location

We just had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment with all the comforts of home. It had everything we needed. It was also very clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the terrace with the beautiful views. Location was perfect for walking everywhere - the Old Town, amazing restaurants, bars, cafes, grocery stores, the marina, beaches, stunning hiking trails, museums, boat excursions & more. Simao was very welcoming & was great at communicating everything we needed to know about the apartment and surrounding areas. Traumhafte Unterkunft

Absolut zu empfehlen! Die Wohnung ist einfach ideal, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, super ausgestattet, makellos sauber und so toll gelegen! Die Kommunikation sowohl mit dem Eigentümer als auch mit dem Gästemanager Simão war schnell und reibungslos. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir haben direkt paar tolle Empfehlungen und Tipps bekommen. Sogar eine kurzfristige Verlängerung war möglich. Die Lage am Rande der Altstadt und direkt in der Nähe eines großen Parkplatzes war für uns einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Lage der Wohnung ist perfekt, nicht direkt im lauten Zentrum, aber nah dran. Alles, was man braucht, ist zu Fuß zu erreichen. Gerne wieder!

Tolle Stadtwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in Lagos und kommen sicher wieder. Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, aber trotzdem ruhig mit schönem Blick über die Altstadt bis zum Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut aufgeteilt, hat eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung und alle Utensilien, die man braucht für einen Urlaub am Meer. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und alles war sauber, einschließlich Zwischenreinigung. Die Anreise /Abreise und Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war perfekt

Wunderschöne Tage in der Altstadt von Lagos

Wir können uns der Bewertung der Vielen, die das Objekt gut bewertet haben, nur anschließen. Das Appartement war sauber und gepflegt und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sogar mit Liegen und Sonnenschirmen. Dass es in einer Altstadt auch ruhig sein kann, mag man gar nicht glauben, war aber wirklich so, da das Appartement quasi am oberen Beginn der Altstadt liegt. Knatternde Mopeds kamen fast gar nicht vor und das SZ liegt auch nach hinten in Richtung Stadtmauer. Wunderbar war in der Tat der abendliche Blick vom Balkon auf die erleuchtete Altstadt. A propos Altstadt: Diese ist fußläufig in fünf Minuten zu erreichen. Alles in allem haben wir die Tage dort sehr genossen und würden wiederkommen, wenn uns unser Weg nochmals nach Lagos führt.

Tolle Wohnung in toller Lage

In dieser tollen Wohnung, in der es an nichts mangelt, haben wir uns während unseres Urlaubs sehr wohlgefühlt. Sie hat eine super Lage in der Altstadt von Lagos und ist trotzdem sehr ruhig. Restaurants und Geschäfte sind auf kurzem Weg zu erreichen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit Detlef Spandl war sehr angenehm und professionell. Danke für alle Mühe! Fazit: Die Wohnung ist absolut empfehlenswert!

Wirklich schöne Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung ist genau wie beschrieben, nur dass der Blick vom Balkon 1000 mal schöner ist als auf den Fotos. Wer gerne kocht, findet alles, was man braucht. Die Betten sind bequem und der Weg in die Stadt kurz. Zu den Stränden gelangt man am besten per Auto, Parkplatz direkt in Wohnungsnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Dieses Objekt kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.Wunderbare Lage in der Altstadt.Man muss aber ganz gut zu Fuss sein,da der Heimweg immer bergauf geht. Wenn man fit ist,liegt die Wohnung optimal!Ruhig, und ohne Autoverkehr .
