"Silvia", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating (extra). Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 double bedroom with hand-basin and separate WC. Terrace partly roofed, garden. Terrace furniture.
