Comfortable apartment house. In the hamlet Cala Delfino 3 km from the centre of Golfo Aranci, in a sunny position, traffic calmed area, 300 m from the sea. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bar 3 km, bus stop 1.4 km, sandy beach 300 m. Nearby attractions: Spiaggia Bianca 1.5 km, Porto Rotondo 12 km, Olbia 15 m. Please note: car recommended.
"Silvia", 3-room apartment 60 m2 on 2 levels on 1st floor. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed, TV and air conditioning. Exit to the veranda. 1 double bedroom with panoramic window. Exit to the veranda. Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, microwave, freezer). Shower/bidet/WC. Die Lage und der Ausblick dieser Ferienwohnung sind phantastisch, man braucht allerdingsfür jeden Zweck ein Auto. Man hat drei Terrassen bzw. Balkons mit toller Rundumsicht. Sehr gut ist auch das WLAN und der Fernsehempfang (Netflix). Ansonsten ist die Wohnung und besonders die Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen: Die Waschmaschine funktioniert nicht richtig, der Backofen war defekt. Das zweite Kinderzimmer ist nur über eine recht abenteuerliche Treppe - wir haben sie nicht benutzt - zu erreichen.

Sehr schön gelegene FeWo
Wir haben unseren Urlaub in der FeWo Silvia sehr genossen. Die direkten Strände sind super zum Schnorcheln und nicht sehr stark besucht. Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht und mit den Terrassen rund ums Haus findet man stets ein schattiges Plätzchen.

Appartamento a pochi passi dal mare, panorama mozzafiato e due grandi verande. Camera da letto con grande vetrata e vista stupenda. Cucina ben attrezzata. Da migliorare la pulizia. Doccia senza acqua calda e lavatrice malfunzionante, bagno si allaga dopo le docce.

Die Aussicht auf das Meer und Golfo Aranci ist ein Traum. Die Unterkunft selber ist eher in die Jahre gekommen.

Wohnung mit Aussicht
Eine Unterkunft mit spektakulärer Aussicht in abgeschiedener Lage. Einrichtung gut und entsprechend der Beschreibung, nur der Hinweis, dass die Toilette nur durch einen Paravent vom Bett unter dem Dach getrennt ist, fehlt. Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten sind mind. 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt und garantieren einen ruhigen Urlaub. Das sollte man wissen. Leider fehlte für den Preis der Internetzugang/Fernseher. Eine kurze Vor-Ort-Info zu Einkauf, Aktivitäten, Arzt usw. wäre hilfreich.

Sehr schön!
Ruhige Lage, gute Ausstattung (+ Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine), tolle Aussicht von Terassen und Panoramafenster, kleine Strände gleich unterhalb, Strand Bianca (Bar) über schönen Fußweg (15 min.) gut erreichbar. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub! (Nicht mit kleinen Kindern, da steile Treppe ohne Sicherung ins Schlafzimmer oben.)
