The Speckhaus is a non-smoking accommodation with several holiday apartments and is located approx. 1.6 km from the town center.
During the renovation in 2015 we tried to combine the charm of the 70s with the modern. Which, according to our guests, we did well.
The quiet and sunny location on a side street guarantees relaxation and a good night's sleep.
Our lovingly and individually designed apartment Rauschberg 1 with approx. 55 sqm for 2 - 4 people, is located on the ground floor of our house and has 1 large bedroom with a large double bed, bathroom with shower and toilet, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for the 3 . and 4. Person, as well as a kitchenette with a small dishwasher, refrigerator and 2-zone ceramic hob and a microwave / hot air device
The beautiful large sunny terrace with garden access invites you to spend relaxing hours, especially in summer.

Our newly renovated 60 sqm apartment Zellerberg on the top floor for 2 - 3 people offers you a magnificent view of the Ruhpolding mountains. The large south-facing balcony is a guarantee for pleasant hours in quiet surroundings. The large bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a single bed offers sleeping facilities for 3 people. The large kitchen makes everyday vacation easier with an integrated dishwasher. Bath / shower and toilet are in separate rooms.
All our apartments are equipped with oak parquet and convey a pleasant living ambience.
LCD TV with satellite television and free WiFi are a matter of course. Bed linen and towels are of course provided by us. Also everything you need for washing up.
Pets are not allowed in our house and smoking on the terrace / balcony is also not allowed. Therefore, our apartments are also suitable for allergy sufferers.
You can leave your car in the car park and start many nice walks and hikes from the front door. If you want to wash your laundry through, our washing machines are available in the washroom for a small fee. Detergents are available.
In winter you can store your skis in our lockable ski room between the garage and the house. In summer there is also space for your bicycles.
Our apartments are equipped with all dishes. Toaster, coffee machine, egg cooker and a microwave / hot air device complete the kitchen equipment.
Our many guests are always thrilled by the good air and the comfortable beds.
