Quintessential "Summer of 42" cottage, owned by the same family for seven generations, in a beautiful neighborhood, with wonderful neighbors, minutes from the beach. House sits on 3 acres that go down to the bay with a tennis court and a beach on the bay. It was designed by a famous architect with a huge vaulted ceiling over the living room and a 50' long porch around the front. Quiet dogs are welcome. 15 miles from Shinnecock Hills and US Open.

Summer Cottage

It was a perfect house for our family. It was clean, cozy, and spacious. Attractively decorated with everything we needed. We loved the location too, especially the quiet neighborhood. Bud was a great, friendly host and made us feel right at home.
