Newly renovated apartment on the ground floor, barrier-free, handicapped accessible, well suited for older people, but also for families. The apartment is 74 square meters with a balcony and has three rooms. In the living room is a satellite TV, large sofa to relax - can be converted into another bed, exit to the balcony. The morning and midday sun can be enjoyed on the balcony.

There are two bedrooms. A large bedroom with a double bed (length 2.20 m) and a single bed and a small bedroom with a single bed. If necessary, another bed can be arranged with the sofa.

Our apartment is located in Obereschach, a village that belongs to Villingen (Villingen-Schwenningen). The apartment is on the ground floor of an apartment building. The house is very quiet at the end of a cul-de-sac on a small hill. The apartment was newly renovated and is approximately 74 square meters. The apartment has a large dining kitchen, well furnished, with dishwasher, electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, toaster and kettle. A washing machine is also available. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and a large shower (suitable for the disabled). In the living room, the sofa can be folded out into an additional bed. A baby travel bed is also available. A child seat for the table can also be provided. The living room has a large balcony (12sqm) which is well suited for relaxing, where you can also smoke.

Playground next to the house with sandpit, tree house, various vehicles, fire bowl for grilling. For fitness there is a foosball table and a table tennis table.
