We had a wonderful stay. The place is am

We had a wonderful stay. The place is amazing, and we loved the little vantage point in the garden from which to watch the sun setting behind the hills. We were lucky to be there on a Sunday morning with the town marching band going down every alleyway to wake up the village. And it doesn’t get more authentic than the Sunday market that caters to the surrounding rural communities; this is how Sundays were experienced for hundreds of years. The dining recommendation (there seems to be one restaurant only) was superb in every way: live, talented singer going around with his guitar (not loud at all), local elderly ladies fanning themselves and occasionally arising for a dance, excellent and I mean excellent starters platter (their local prosciutto is particularly memorable) and a yummy pizza for our kid. Homerez’s sister and Stephano were a great welcoming committee. Francolise delivers.
