We are Wes and Twila Delaney. When we are not in Kona we live in Polson, Montana where we own and operate a full service garden center, greenhouse growing operation, and landscape design/build company. We LOVE the ocean, exploring outdoors, hiking, scuba diving, swimming and outrigger canoe paddling. After many years of visiting family and friends in Kona, we feel very blessed to be able to own our Hawaiian home. During our stays in vacation rentals we have seen a big difference in a condo that is lived in with pride by the owner and one that is for investment only. We are so proud of our Hawaiian home and want to make it as comfortable, clean, and enjoyable as possible. We are excited to share our home with you, and will continue to upgrade and improve every year.
Why they chose this property
We stayed in Sea Village for our vacation several times, and it always stood out above other complexes. Location is superb in Kona with close proximity to shops, restaurants, beaches. Yet when you are in the condo or on the grounds/pool you feel very removed from the hub bub. It is quiet and relaxing, at the same time fun to visit and meet people at the pool.
What makes this property unique
Sea Village is a close walk to town, farmers market, and beaches, yet easy to get to from the airport. Sea Village amenities including the beautiful ocean front pool, hot tub, and grounds all make it so hanging out here is also very attractive. The complex is family friendly, and we love watching the kids play in the pool and on the grounds. When 3206 came available it was like a dream come true. The view from the lanai is spectacular as you look out across the pool and courtyard to the ocean. You really feel like you are almost on top of the ocean. Our lanai is one of the most private in the complex without sacrificing view, and we do not get hit by high surf! No boarding of windows during high surf in this unit! We never run out of things to do close by.
