*Age Requirement Policy: For guests between the ages of 15 and 25, one parent or guardian over the age of 25 must be present and staying in the property for every three guests in that age group.

*While we offer free Wi-Fi, service in the area can be spotty. If stable internet service is crucial for your stay, we recommend bringing an ethernet cord or a hotspot. Enabling WiFi calling on your cellphone may help. Service is BEST at entrance of the community, on 30A & at the beach! Limited tech support. No refunds for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, NO exceptions.
