Exclusive 2-room apartment "Fresh breeze" in the house Atlantic with about 41 sqm on 1 level (3. OG, with elevator) for up to 4 persons (well-being occupancy: max 2 adults). Good location in the district Bad in St. Peter-Ording. From here you can reach the beach, the spa center and the village center in just over 15 minutes on foot. Located near a bus stop (with spa card for free).

Living room with pull-out sofa bed (160x195cm, with slats and mattress), built-in wardrobe, large TV and stereo compact system. Direct access to the furnished balcony to the southeast overlooking the greenery. Open kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and dining table for 4 persons. No microwave.

Bedroom with French. Double bed (140x200cm).

Bathroom (shower room) with shower and toilet.

Hallway with wardrobe and mirror in the entrance area.

Parking space and Fahrradabstellmöglichkeiten available. Free Wi-Fi. Shared washing machines and dryers for a fee in the 2. OG. of the side wing. The apartment is through the basement entrance (on the right side of the main entrance) at ground level accessible without steps and automatic doors.

The bed linen is provided. Towels can be booked. Smoking and pets are not allowed.

Das Appartement ist sehr schön und moden eingerichtet. Alle notwendigen Küchenhilfen sind vorhanden. Die Lage ist super, man geht ca. 10 min. zu Fuß in die "Innenstadt" und zur Dünentherme. Es hat uns super gefallen und wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

hoher Wohlfühlfaktor, neuwertig, modern, gemütlich

Die Wohnung schien frisch renoviert und eingerichtet worden zu sein. Alle technischen Geräte sind auf dem neuesten Stand der Technik, alle Möbel neuwertig, der Gesamteindruck der Wohnung ist sehr ordentlich. Das Bad ist etwas zu klein aber es erfüllt in vollem Umfang seinen Zweck. Für zwei Wochen ist das sehr zu verkraften. Das Gebäude ist ein Wohnpark/Hochhaus und erstaunlich ruhig. Die Lage ist top, in 10 min zu Fuß in Bad Zentrum, mit dem Auto in 5 min am Ordinger Strand und Einkaufmöglichkeiten (Aldi, Lidl etc.) in 5 Autominuten zu erreichen. Perfekte, moderne Wohnung für eine dreiköpfige Familie.
