This 63-square-meter holiday rental, which sleeps up to 4 people, is located on the upper floor and spans two levels.

The living room features a cosy sitting area, a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV, and a stereo system. Free Wi-Fi is available.
The dining table lighting is dimmable and enhances the lovely holiday atmosphere. A sleeping alcove with a 180x200 cm double bed is integrated into the living area; here, too, the lights can be conveniently dimmed from the bed.
The separate kitchen is well-equipped and features a ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a washing machine.
A dishwasher is also included. The holiday rental features a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and heated floors.

A staircase leads to the upper floor, which is furnished with a comfortable 180x200 cm double bed.
