Come and stay in this comfortable and bright new cottage, set in a typical Poitevin farmhouse, in a quiet and green environment. The cottage can accommodate up to 5 people.

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with a living room, a fitted kitchen and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, the cottage has two bedrooms (each equipped with a 140 cm double bed), a bathroom with shower and bathtub, as well as a separate toilet.

The heating is electric and billed according to actual consumption.

From May to September, enjoy the swimming pool shared with the owners (unsupervised swimming). A fully enclosed relaxation area is also at your disposal, with several leisure facilities: table tennis, petanque court and children's games.

Parking is possible on the property.

Horse riding enthusiasts will appreciate the two boxes and the meadow available for their horses.

Cleaning and bed linen rental costs are optional.
