The Space: With a king suite and sofa bed in the living room, this condo can comfortably accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children. Relax by the stunning rundle rock fireplace, indulge in the spa inspired bathroom, and create culinary delights in the chef’s kitchen complete with everything you’ll need to make memorable meals during your getaway. Take in the fresh mountain air on the large sun-soaked patio surrounded by beautiful, raised planter beds in the relaxing courtyard.
This space is perfect for families looking for the ultimate mountain getaway, and a romantic respite for couples.
Don’t feel like cooking? Le Bucheron is walking distance to many restaurants and pubs in the downtown and Spring Creek area including an exceptional on-site restaurant, Bridgette Bar. Steps from river pathways, enjoy a meandering stroll to local shops, artisans, breweries, and cafes, or enjoy an invigorating run or mountain bike and take in the adventure our local trails have to offer.

Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire unit except for one locked supply closet. Building amenities include an indoor hot tub, gym, and underground heated parking (one parking spot is included for your stay, and there is also plenty of free street parking). In addition to the in-suite washer and dryer, the building offers further laundry facilities that can be used for a small fee.
*We do not have control over amenity closures. We will advise guests accordingly when made aware.
Your entry code will provide access to all exterior and interior common area doors as well as to the unit.
The Neighborhood: Nestled in the Rocky Mountains, Canmore offers easy access to outstanding hiking, backpacking, camping and mountain biking terrain, breathtaking viewpoints, downhill and cross-country skiing, world class golf courses and a multitude of water sports. Take in one of the National Parks, discover the historic town of Banff (15-minute drive) or Lake Louise (45-minute drive) and create memories that will last a lifetime.
Getting Around: Our unit comes with one underground parking stall and there is also free street parking alongside the building and surrounding area.
There are many walking/biking paths in the neighbourhood and various shops and restaurants. Downtown Canmore is a short walk away with even more retail and dining options.
Other Things to Note: NOTE: Please let us know if you require the sofa bed for your stay. There is an extra $50 charge for the sofa bed for the additional linens and cleaning. This fee is not included in the price and will be billed after the booking once confirmed.

Very easy parking and checking in process. Property is very nicely decorated and had a great outside patio with a grill! Easy walk to downtown Canmore.
Great location convenient to all Canmore has to offer. Beautiful new property, really enjoyed the outdoor oversized patio space complete with BBQ and fire table. Donna, the property manager, went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Highly recommend, and we would love to go back!!
This condo had everything we needed, to enjoy our summer holiday in the Canadian Rockies. They really thought of everything to make our stay very comfortable. Loved how convenient it was to everything.
I highly recommend this rental for the location, cleanliness, well appointed and well stocked condo! We very much enjoyed our stay and everything we needed to cook and relax was at the condo. The owners were wonderful to work with and we would give this condo 6/5 stars!
Really nice place to stay, proximity to downtown Canmore and other attractions. Check in, check out process simple and straightforward. My only small problem was checking out time 10 o’clock is too early if you have children and on vacation. There is probably a good reason to that situation, overall I loved it.
Property was as beautiful as photos online. Owners were quick to communicate and more than accommodating to our requests for late checkout and various inquiries. Impeccably clean and had all the little things we appreciate such as oil and seasoning for cooking, coffee, a good quality hair dryer and clear instructions on arrival , departure and everything in between. We’ll most definitely be back!
This property was probably the best VRBO property we ever stayed in! Very clean and comfortable! The owner Donna checked in several times to make sure everything was good and to make sure we did not need anything. Highly recommend this property!
