The Cocoonr agency is offering this charming house with a swimming pool for rent in Sauvignac. It has a floor area of 110 m² and can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 25 m² living room with a TV, sofa, armchairs, fireplace (first fire included), and dining area
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) and a bunk bed (sleeps two)
- A shower room

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140x190)
- A bathroom with a bath and toilet
- A mezzanine sleeping area with a sofa bed

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private, unheated) measuring 5m x 10m, open from 1 May to 30 September and fitted with an alarm
- A beautiful, enclosed and private garden of 1,500 m², facing south-west

The house is ideally situated in Sauvignac, in a very pleasant setting. Just 7 km away, you’ll find all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Discover Les Coupes de Catin, a lovely wooded area for a walk in the countryside
- Visit the village of Aubeterre-sur-Dronne (about 20 minutes’ drive away), listed as one of the Most Beautiful Villages in France
- In summer, make the most of the River Dronne for canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding or simply a swim

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house’s private car park (capacity: 3 vehicles).

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. We would be grateful if you could leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use
- Any request for arrival or departure outside the stated times is subject to the availability of the person in charge of check-in. A flat-rate surcharge may apply
