The Holly Jolly was the best cabin we have ever stayed in! Every single detail, every appliance, the complete kitchen with every dish and utensil you coud imagine, down to the rooms and activities - everything was spectacular! The hostess, Ms. Kathryn was very welcoming and accommodating. She checked on you to make sure that you were happy and satified with the cabin and gave plenty of numbers if anything should be needed. I just wish to thank her and her husband, Kurt, for the comfortable and relaxing days we were there. Already looking forward to next year!

We loved this cabin and how many bedrooms it had for our group. Everyone had their own space which was great. The house was clean, the kitchen is huge and well stocked, the beds were very comfortable. A all around. The host was very communicative, and I knew if we needed anything during our stay we could quickly get a hold of them. Something to consider if you are traveling on motorcycle to ride the mountain roads in North Georgia and are considering staying here. The cabin is almost a mile down a gravel road past the last paved road. Our group was a motorcycle club and had 10 bikes there, so it was not the ideal situation to have to travel that far down a gravel road, but it can be done on the bikes with caution.

About 4 years ago we started taking annual cabin trips to spend time with friend, family and co-workers. This by far was the most beautiful cabin and spotless. I am a hotel manager are I can with experience stay the host went all out with provide their guest with supplies, if you never lever the house there's games, a movie theater tv's in every room I could go on and on. We did the whole Christmas in August wearing Christmas PJs and brought gifts for secret Santa. I need to mention the 2 kitchens came in handy with 16 people and it was well stocked. We just might do this cabin again!Thanks

Our little family reunion between TN and GA went well except for a storm taking out the power the first night; thank you to the Host for a partial refund for that inconvenience. (Does a Generator make sense for the future or is that too dangerous for renters to use?) The family enjoyed all their rooms, the porch swings, the hot tub, 'play fishing' at the pond, seeing fireflies by the creek and touring nearby towns. We enjoyed prepping meals in the kitchen and the table space for eating. This is a beautiful place to stay!

We had about 25 people staying at the cabin and all of us loved the house and how much space there was for everybody. There were lots of activities and things to do for people of all ages. Great place to stay for big groups!

Can’t say enough about this property! It was so spacious for our large group and had so many spaces for us all to hang out! The kitchen was fully stocked and perfect to cook in for our large group with plenty of dishes and utensils. We loved all the outdoor space and spent a lot of our days playing games in the yard. The hosts were quick to answer any questions and made the process smooth! We would come back every year if we could!

This house is perfect for a large group, and I would immediately recommend it to anyone with that amount of people to entertain. We spent a weekend there with 20 friends and couldn't have had a better time. The place is huge, clean, tons of entertainment options (the theater room in particular was a huge hit - there's also a good pool table, arcade games, poker, TVs everywhere, and more...something for everyone and all ages). There's a giant covered porch for everyone to hang out and enjoy the mountain weather. It was easy to get to from Atlanta, and has more than enough parking for the amount of people staying there (I was worried as tons of people had to drive in separately, but as soon as I got there those worries evaporated). It's perfect for cooking and eating - big kitchens, multiple fridges/dishwashers, two huge dining tables, and everything is well-equipped and labeled (example: there is a specific drawer for the immersion blender).The host is A, as well - very clear instructions, procedures, and communication, and was always very quick to respond. Clean-up asks were perfectly normal (towels in laundry room, trash in bins, etc) - nothing to grumble about here.Just a perfect place for giving a bunch of old friends a weekend together full of good times. If you have a large group, this place should be at the top of the list.

We had a party of 20 ranging from 1 yr to 70 yrs. Very spacious. Very clean. Loved all the Christmas decorations! Gas Grill & Blackstone Grill both had a direct connection to propane. Well stocked kitchens, loved all the labels! Waffle maker! Bathrooms all had large bottles of shampoo, conditioners, body wash, and hair dryers. Lovely grounds to explore. Swings and rockers on porch. Tether ball! Appliances: 2 stoves, 3 dishwashers, 2 refrigerators, 1 mini frig, 1 beverage frig. Kathryn the owner was amazing! She was extremely prompt to all questions! Amazing! 5 stars all the way!

We finally found a place to house our whole family, 24 people! Everyone had a bed, no air mattresses needed . The cabin(actually a massive cabin) was perfect! Lots if individual spaces while still having a homey- cozy vibe! Perfect!

OMG this was the best home i have ever rented for the weekends. There was room for everyone. The theater room projector wasn’t working but they were understanding and did try to get it fixed but we was leaving the next day. Home was so nice we didn’t even go downstairs before the 3rd day to check it out. I would get this home over and over!

Holly Jolly Cabin weekend

Our family has a pre Christmas weekend getaway every December. I believe the Holly Jolly cabin has been our favorite location of all the places we’ve stayed. We are planning to book this beautiful cabin again. The cabin was amazing, very well stocked, very clean, and had the most beautiful decorations. Can’t wait to go back!!

We had our annual family reunion with 13 adults and 7 kids here. The cabin had plenty of room for all; and the kids loved the game room! The kitchen was well supplied. The beds were so comfy! The whole cabin was very clean and family friendly. We enjoyed a lot of time out on the deck too.

This house was absolutely amazing! We brought 19 ladies from church on our annual Ladies Retreat here and it was such a refreshing house. We enjoyed having rooms that had actual beds and plenty of room to move around. We didn’t have to have 7-8 people sharing a room, which was great! The hot tub and theater room were great amenities. It was also great having tons of room to eat together and a big enough living room where we could all gather. We had nothing that could be better because it was all great! The host was also amazing and was easy to reach! We look forward to coming here again!

Amazing cabin for a big group!

Some classmates and I rented this cabin so we could have a little getaway without going too far. The cabin is beautiful and the property is incredible! Everything was clean and in great shape. We would book this space again in a heartbeat
