Finca, holiday house, private pool and sea view, 13 minutes to the sea

Our finca is located in the mountains near Aguilas with a wonderful view of the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. A great place in the middle of nature to relax. The finca stands on a 50 000 m2 natural plot in a nature reserve with a great wildlife. The house is surrounded by beautiful terraces and gardens. The large pool (9 x 4.5 m) is located in the raised courtyard and invites you to great relaxing hours. The sea and the beaches are just 13 minutes by car. And to the port city of Aguilas 20 minutes. In the vicinity there are some restaurants and bars, which offer a very good kitchen.

The finca can accommodate up to 8 people plus a cot, if required.

Two bedrooms each with double bed.

One bedroom with 2 single beds and a double bed (135 cm wide)

And a sofa bed in the living area (for one person)

Very nice place in the mountains

Comfortable house, great location in the mountains, awesome pool, fully equiped kitchen, nice curvy roads to reach the finca (maybe nog the first time in the dark), good location to Aguilas, Murcia, Cartagena, and secret tip Cabo de Palos for great beach and nice beach bar

A beautiful setting, beautiful house. Everything was there that we needed. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed it even had the basic staples to get us startedTea,coffee,sugar salt,pepper etc. excellent

A notre arrivée la piscine est verte puis bleu fonce. Pedro fort gentil viendra matin,midi et soir pour la traitée. Je vous laisse imaginer notre intimite. Nous avons payé une prestation pour peu d’utilisation . Abritel à fuire, une pure arnaque!!

Great holiday

Very beautiful Finca. The house was really very clean when we arrived and everything you need was there. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house is situated in a very quiet but really very beautiful surrounding. Outside the house, there are many cosy places to enjoy the sun. The contact with Tatiana (owner) was very pleasant and she was really helpful. We enjoyed every day of our Holliday in the finca.

Zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbrachten wir in diesem schönen und gepflegten Anwesen und kommen gerne wieder. Wer Ruhe und Natur liebt, ist hier richtig. Erholung garantiert. Die Betreuung vor Ort und bereits vor Ankunft war ebenfalls sehr gut. Vielen Dank für alles.

A wonderful holiday in a secluded finca.

We wanted a holiday away from the crowds and this was just perfect. It is fairly easily accessed from the main road with just a short drive on a gravel track. The views of the surrounding hills and sea in the distance are fantastic and the only neighbours are in the distance. Outside space has plenty of shade which is ideal for eating and relaxing as well as a superb pool area. Inside is cool and well equipped, in particular the kitchen. The superb beaches are about 20 minutes away, are many and varied and at the time we visited, the beginning of June, were uncrowded. It is a more local resort than others in Spain with very friendly people. Tatiana kept in touch throughout and met us on arrival. On departure the manager Pedro made the checkout a simple event. Highly recommended if you don't want to be in amongst the action.

Fantastisk poolområde og dejligt hus. Stort køkken med moderne hvidevarer. OK køreafstand (ca. 20 min) til Aguilas for indkøb. Viceværten Pedro var meget hjælpsom og taler engelsk, tysk, fransk og spansk.
