Comfortable and well-equipped corner apartment with TV + panoramic sea view, completely renovated located on the third floor of a building on the halfway between Saint-Idesbald and Koksijde. Sunset guaranteed. Lift, garage for one car under the building. Bakery 3 minutes walk away and Proxy Delhaize 8 minutes walk. Equipped kitchen: dishwasher, microwave, Senseo, multifunction oven. Bed linen, duvet covers and pillowcases, shower and bath towels and tea towels not provided. No washing machine. Pets and smokers refrain.
