Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung in Landhausstil bietet Platz für 2 bis 4 Personen und beste Sicht auf die umliegende Bergwelt. Die Ferienwohnung Kohl ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen jeder Art. Im Sommer stehen im großen Garten Trampolin, Schaukel, Spielgeräte, eine Liegewiese und Gartenmöbel bereit. Im Winter finden Wintersportler den Einstieg in die Langlaufloipe direkt am Haus. Für Skifahrer gibt es im Ort einen Sessellift, der Sie in das Skigebiet am Hocheck befördert. Parkplätze gibt es direkt am Haus. Ein Fahrradunterstand sowie Baby-/Kleinkindausstattung sind ebenfalls vorhanden. WLAN kostenlos.
Die Wohnfläche beträgt ca. 70 m² bestehend aus zwei getrennten Schlafzimmern, Bad mit Dusche und WC, Wohn-/Essbereich, TV, DVD, und Radio, Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, Herd mit Ceranfeld und Backofen, Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und Geschirr. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Dachgeschoss und hat einen Balkon mit Blick ins Kaisergebirge. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt, Nichtraucher, Kinderfreundlich!
