Everything I Hoped For -- And So Much More!!!

I was looking for a great place in NYC for a month that would offer lots of space and natural light, creative inspiration, multiple bedrooms, privacy, a great area to congregate, separate areas for work, zooming and conference calls, space to exercise, easy walks to great restaurants -- and the warm feel of a home. This is it! The photos looked incredible online. Light. Green plants. Space. What I found -- it was everything I hoped for -- and so much more!!! Truly. There is an authentic artist vibe as you enter. It is unbelievably large and spacious! Impossible to capture the space and size of this home in a photo. A great open gourmet kitchen and dining area with lots of room to gather and spend time. Charm and natural light -- off the charts. Wonderful bathrooms. Large, quiet areas to disappear into for hours of work. Comfortable sleeping rooms scattered throughout this huge loft. Privacy for everyone. Immaculate. The hosts have thought of everything one might need -- and provided it. Right in the heart of the West Village, steps from Soho, Chelsea, lower Fifth Avenue. Great restaurants on every block. Perfect home base to venture out from -- and also a perfect home if you want to relax and just stay in for a night, days or a week. A one-of-a-kind NYC home and experience!

Wow!!!

I stayed in Gina’s home for a month, and it absolutely blew me away, restoring my faith that quintessential downtown NYC cool is alive and well. The pictures simply cannot do justice to the massive scale of Gina’s loft and the grandeur of its 19th century factory-building brick, iron, and wood frame. And somehow despite being in the heart of Greenwich Village/West Village close to literally everything the city has to offer it is whisper quiet, especially on the south side where the majority of the living and sleeping spaces are situated. I was in New York primarily on business and I took full advantage of the enormous conference room/home office on the north side of the loft as well. Gina was also extremely responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the stay. I just don’t think there is a better high end, fully furnished short term rental in New York than Gina’s loft.
