Ian was the most responsive host! The house is beautiful. Ian has really put effort into making sure his guests are comfortable, with making sure the house is stocked with bathroom & kitchen essentials. The rooms even have hampers - which we found extremely helpful! Pool is beautiful and well kept! We traveled with several young children and had a great time!

The house is very nice & comfortable. It’s an easy walk to the beach. Very private pool/spa area in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place for 6 couples to hang out at for a week to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Ian was great to work with.

The house was fantastic and represented accurately online. It handled our large group perfectly. Most of all, of all of the hosts I’ve ever had I’ve never had a host that has has such great communication, so kind, and so attentive to our needs. He communicated amazing and was available throughout our stay and was genuinely concerns that we had everything we needed and that we were enjoying our stay. 100% a 5 star experience!

In the first and second unit , the third bedroom to the left had the closet doors closed, which was very inconvenient to put away shoes and clothes that can not be folded, other than that everything was excellent.

Perfect setup and as shown!

We rented both units for a vacation with extended family, the setup was great providing plenty of open space to gather along with private bathrooms and bedrooms. The pictures shown are accurate and both levels are beautiful with comfortable furniture and bedding. The beach is a short walk and we used the wagon on-site (beach chairs and toys) to pull our stuff down. There is also some metered parking at the beach, if needed. The bedding was comfortable, everything was clean and well appointed. Ian was very accommodating and easy to rent from. I would recommend to anyone considering staying in this area.

We stayed at Ian’s for a week and Ian’s house was perfect for our group. We had two families with young and older kids. The beach is a short walk, the grocery store is close and everything was very convenient. The house is stocked with everything you need to make meals. The beds are comfy, the a/c is great. Lots of beach and pool toys plus wagons to haul the kids/toys back and forth. The floor plan is open allowing everyone to have space and still be together. We played card games on the big dining table, relaxed on the back patio at all times of day, grilled out, did the beach, the pool and went up north on the island to the shops and dining. Ian was very helpful and responsive. He had excellent suggestions for entertainment and dining. Many wonderful memories were made.

This was a great place for an extended family trip. The house is separated into 2 floors, each identical to the other. Having 2 "apartments" with 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms was very convenient. The pool is great, beach is walkable (but a long walk), and the host was very quick to respond any concerns. We all loved our stay!

This property is exactly as described and exceptionally clean. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay.The walk to the beach is short, flat, and very easy, even with little ones in tow. We had 11 family members, including 3 young children, and everyone had plenty of space. Having a private bathroom for every bedroom made getting ready each day incredibly convenient.The pool was fantastic, and the location couldn’t have been better. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and a Publix is just 5 minutes away. My husband especially appreciated the large grill—we had a wonderful steak night with the whole family!The home is also well-stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, towels, and carts to make transporting everything to the beach simple and stress-free.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing family vacation!
