Prepare to fall in love with this newly renovated, spacious, open concept, 5 bedroom 2 bath home nestled in a quiet suburban neighborhood. It's Located 10-15 mins from airport, BJCC/Legacy Arena, Protective Stadium, UAB, shopping malls, great dining, parks, & fun entertainment located near downtown Birmingham. This home away from home is perfect for large families, close friends, and colleagues.

The space
The main level features a luxurious family room/dining area with 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms (2 king beds & 1 queen) and a spacious bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen has been newly updated with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances with several amenities to make our guest feel right at home.

Walk downstairs to a full basement great for entertaining and family fun. It features a large family room with a TV, two bedrooms (bunked twin XL & 1 queen), a full bath, laundry room, and a private bonus office space just in case you need to put in a little work while on vacation. Book now while dates are still available!

The neighborhood is quiet and neighbors do take walks through the community. There are hills. Please consider that if you like to enjoy a stroll.

The home has plenty of room for parking multiple cars, boat, and/or RV. Our estimate is that our driveway easily hold 7-8 cars. No street parking. Please note that our new patio is under construction (there will not be any construction taking place during your stay, but that area is off limits until completion).

Home was great and very inviting! The managers of this property communicate extremely well and they are as accommodating as any I have used. Neighborhood is a little older, but we had no issues on our stay and the neighbors were quite friendly.

Perfect house for a large family or group of friends

Eight of us rented this house for a golf trip (Oxmoor Valley on day 1 and Silver Lakes on Day 2). Communication from the host was great, the house was very clean, and the space was perfect for our group. Added bonus were the snacks and waters. Do not hesitate to book this place!

Nice house, nice owner, great stay!

This property has been updated so well with all of the conveniences you would need! The house was very clean and attractively decorated. The instructions were thorough and clear. Christian was so nice to work with and went out of his way to make our stay special! We really appreciated his kindness! It was a great fit for my husband, me, daughter, future mother-in- law and bridesmaids. There was plenty of room for everybody and we really enjoyed our stay!

We definitely enjoyed our stay. Christian was an amazing host. We appreciated the personalized notes and snacks. Everything was cleaned to perfection. There were plenty of towels and rags available. We all appreciated that there were fans in each room. Location was good and we had no issues. The neighbors were extremely friendly. The only suggestion I have for this property, is to put a TV in the living area upstairs. If we're in the area, we'll definitely book again.

As described

I was a little nervous renting because of the newness of the listing and no reviews being available when I booked. I am happy to report that this host and property exceeded all of my expectations. The house was clean and comfortable, there were snacks, coffee, water available in the kitchen, and toiletries in every room even including a sewing kit. There is even a steamer near the washer and dryer. It truly seems as though everything was thought through in advance. The only thing I would add is the patio off the living area was not yet complete, although there is a patio with grill on the lower porch, there was no seating in that area. We wanted to enjoy our coffee outside, so we just sat on the steps which was still enjoyable. What truly makes this property the best is the host. Christian was quick and responsive even to late night messages when I was not expecting a reply until the next day. He was friendly and accommodating, and I cannot say enough about his kindness. If you are nervous like I was, don't be, the house is exactly as described and in a nice area, you are sure to have a great stay!
