Very large group vacation rental in a renovated old farmhouse

I offer for seasonal rental (2 nights minimum) a large farmhouse completely renovated with taste of the group cottage type (I do not offer meals but very well equipped to cook).

WIFI available for free.

Located in Haute-Loire in Monastier sur Gazeille (1 hour south of St Etienne and 20 minutes from Le Puy-en-Velay).

Composition:

A large main room of more than 70 m2. Lounge area with sofa beds and large flat screen TV. 2 toilets and a bathroom with Italian shower. 17 kg washing machine and dryer.
A fully equipped open kitchen. Dishwasher, 5 gas cooking range and very large oven. Pierrade, raclettes, deep fryer...
3 farmhouse tables.

A mezzanine bedroom (sleeps 3 optional).

On the ground floor:
5 bedrooms, 2 of which are communicating
2 Italian showers, 1 toilet and double sink. Boiler room.

In all, sleeps 15.

Terrace, barbecues and parking spaces on the grounds.

All shops 100 metres away, in the centre of the village.

Many hikes to do, including a very famous one: The Stevenson path which starts from the village.
Bungee jumping from the recoumène viaduct 3 km away as well as an incredible zip line. Ski and summer toboggan resort of Les Estables at 15 km (also rental of electric scooters and mountain bikes)
20 km from Le Puy en Velay.
Fishing, mountain biking, hiking and enduro to practice everywhere around. In the south of Auvergne.
Close to the mont gerbier de jonc (source of the Loire in Ardèche).
Waterfall of the beaume.
Many lakes nearby (the bouchet St Nicolas, Issarles, St Front...)
Magnificent village of Moudeyres (thatched roofs).

All-inclusive rates excluding cleaning (which you can do yourself, otherwise I have a cleaning lady who takes 200e) and optional linen:
-bed in 90 to 15e including fitted sheet, duvet set, pillowcase and a hand towel.
-bed in 140 to 20 including fitted sheet, duvet set, 2 pillowcases and 2 towels. )
Package for the whole house at 200 euros.
