Welcome to Moose Crossing, our 2250 sqft isolated Dorrington forest cabin is the perfect getaway for year round fun, whether it be summer or winter activities or simply relaxing in the wrap around deck, this cabin fits all the needs. Activities galore with a huge separate pool room w/wet bar and sitting area, state of the art movie room, separate nook for the kids, and another game room. The large open floor plan opens onto the wraparound deck framed by a pine forest. Upto 12 people can sleep.

Where you will dine and relax :
Sprawling and wrapped around windowed living room with vaulted wood lined ceiling, perfect for family game time (tons of board games provided), warmed by a pellet stove. The open dining room can be accessed from the kitchen, with island seating and a 10 person dining table. The dining room also opens into the wrap around deck which holds a gas BBQ. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils including an instapot, rice cooker, toaster, blender, grinder, electric skillet (for emergencies) and a vast assortment of pots and pans, dishes, cutlery etc. .. perfect for serving up a warm meal.

Where you will sleep: Can sleep up to 14 people plus 1 baby crib upon request

* Movie theater in converted large garage with theater style seating, acoustically wrap-around curtained off and a 86 inch tv and state of the art 7.1 surround sound system
* Smaller game room leading off from movie theater has multiple gaming options such as Ping Pong, Air Hockey, Foosball, Carrom Board
* Pool room with competition size pool table, tv downstairs serves as the perfect man cave with ample seating options and a wet bar to keep your drinks cool
* During Summer, the perfectly flat concrete back yard offers slide and swing set, horseshoe pit, Volleyball, basketball, badminton, cricket, soccer, football, shuffleboard
* Brand new natural fire pit: The pit sits 10 people comfortably (10 wooden natural seats), and more around. IMPORTANT NOTE: The fire pit is only operational during the permitted burning days. Due to fire hazard (generally mid May-mid Nov) time, no burning is allowed in the fire pit by the order of Fire Marshal. The violators may get arrested by the fire marshal. IMPORTANT to Note:

We think Moose Junction is most comfortable for groups of 10 or fewer -- plenty of sleeping options and room to spread out. However, we can sleep up to 13. Also, due to the extra wear and tear, especially on the septic and water usage, we charge an extra person fee for groups over 10 guests (automatically added).

You have access to the whole house, game room, movie theater, backyard and the side yard.

We do not live locally, but are available by phone, email, or through the app. Our wonderful cleaner is available on-location for immediate needs.

IMPORTANT: Separate RENTAL AGREEMENT

Once you complete the reservation, you will receive a link to a separate Rental Agreement from Moose Junction.  This agreement must be read and acknowledged for the rental. to be active

PET POLICY:
You are welcome to bring along up to two well-behaved, house-trained dogs. We charge $50 for upto two pets. If you have more than one pet and were only charged for two through VRBO, we will submit a request through VRBO for the additional pet fee after you have arrived.


WEATHER AND OUTAGES:
Sorry, we do not offer any refunds for storms, poor regional air quality, or weather-related outages (Comcast, PG&E, etc).

We encourage you to stay informed as best you can about weather forecasts and any planned electric utility outages. The cabin has a propane driven generator to supply power to the house during a power outage.

The generator will not, however, maintain broadband internet, if the Comcast service go down due to a widespread power outage.

We encourage you to consider purchasing a separate travel insurance policy that can provide you coverage for last-minute cancellations.

CELL PHONE COVERAGE
Please note: cell phone reception is limited in the Arnold/Dorrington area. VERIZON (and its partners like Tracfone, Xfinity Mobile) tends to be the only provider that works. You can use the wi-fi to connect your phone to use some texting services to call outside.

USING the Slides and Swing set and activities in the backyard:
please understand that with any sort of activities in the backyard come(s) with risks of falls and injuries, specially when kids are playing. lease have adult supervisions. Moose Junction would no way be liable for any injuries due to the backyard activities, and unfortunate events.
