Whether you're planning a family reunion, a multi-generational vacation, or a getaway with friends, this beautiful lakefront home was made for connection, relaxation, and lasting memories.

Step inside and you'll immediately feel at home in the bright, airy main living space. Gleaming hardwood floors and an open-concept layout create a warm and welcoming vibe, while the recently remodeled chef's kitchen stands ready for anything from casual breakfasts to full-on family feasts. This thoughtfully stocked space includes everything you need to prepare meals, shake up cocktails at the wet bar, or simply sip coffee while gazing out at the water. There's plenty of room to gather at the island or sit down together at the dining table just steps away. In the adjacent living room, a cozy sectional, gas fireplace, and large smart TV offer the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun.

Upstairs, the serene primary suite offers a peaceful retreat with a king bed, lake views, a massive walk-in closet (complete with crib and rocker), and a spa-inspired bathroom with a soaking tub overlooking the backyard. Another king bedroom is located on this floor as well, with access to a full hallway bathroom nearby.

The sleeping arrangements downstairs include a private queen ensuite, two additional queen bedrooms connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, and a charming bunk room with two full-over-full built-ins—ideal for kids' sleepovers and late-night laughs.

📌 Important Notes for Your Stay:
✨ Heated Pool Option ✨
Enjoy a warm swim! 💦 Pool heat is available April 1 – November 1 for $200 per day (2-day minimum) at a max temperature of 88 degrees. For weekend stays, the pool will be heated upon your arrival and remain heated until Saturday evening. 🌴☀️
🚗 No Garage Parking
Garage access is not available during your stay—ample driveway parking is provided.
📝 Signed Lease Required
To finalize your booking, a signed rental agreement is required, along with a valid photo ID and a quick selfie for verification. This must be completed within 7 days of booking to avoid cancellation.
Please note: A background check will be completed before arrival details are shared. This helps us ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests. Must be 25 years of age to rent this property.
⏰ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your stay a bit? Early check-in (12 PM) and late check-out (2 PM) are available for a $150 per request—subject to availability.
We love a good celebration, but for the comfort of all guests and neighbors, events and weddings are not permitted.
🐶 Dog-Friendly with Fee
Bringing your pup? We welcome up to two dogs with a $150 fee per dog. Just let us know in advance!
🛥️ Boat Dock Info
Planning to bring your own boat? We're happy to help—but please check with us first. While we have a private dock and boat lift, we can't guarantee compatibility with all boat types.

Water levels on Lake Norman can fluctuate daily and are outside of our control.
