Genießen Sie die schönsten Wochen des Jahres in der wunderschönen Umgebung unserer Ferienwohnung im bayrischen Stil. Das Haus ist idyllisch und ruhig an einem Bach gelegen, zudem in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Golfplatz. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen Balkon, zudem ist die Nutzung der Liegewiese im Garten jederzeit möglich. Ein Fernsehapparat ist natürlich ebenso vorhanden. Das Ortszentrum erreichen Sie zu Fuß in ca. 20 Minuten. Rad- und Wanderwege, Loipen und Gaststätten finden Sie in nächster Nähe. 
Unsere behagliche Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss ist mit viel Holz eingerichtet und verbindet gehobenen Wohnkomfort mit bayerischer Gemütlichkeit. Die Wohnung ist 47qm groß und für zwei bis drei Personen geeignet.

Ausstattung: Ostbalkon, Wohnraum mit Couch, Sitzecke mit Flachbild-TV, WLAN, separates Schlafzimmer, Küchenzeile, Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden selbstverständlich bereitgestellt.

Gutes aber zum Teil kaltes Apartment

Eine sehr kleine aber schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist gut und ruhig, die Vermieterin sehr freundlich. Leider ist das Schlafzimmer ohne Heizung und wurde nie( „lassen sie doch die Tür offen“) richtig warm. Das gehört unbedingt in die Beschreibung der Wohnung!

Urlaub im Chiemgauer Land

Es war alles perfekt. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, sie hat uns alles erklärt ( z.Bsp. der Umgang mit der Chiemgaukarte, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Ausflugsziele und vieles mehr). Man konnte bei jedem Wetter den Urlaub genießen!

Leider etwas abseits vom nächsten Café.

Wir hatten die Wohnung nur zum Schlafen. Das Schlafzimmer ist schon sehr klein und das Fenster ist leider schwer zu öffnen, da es sehr hoch ist.

2,5 km zum Zentrum

Die Unterkunft ist sauber und schön. Die Dusche jedoch sehr klein. Zur Innenstadt sind es 2,5 km Fußmarsch. Mit dem Auto aber auch zu erreichen.

Außerordentlich Zufrieden

Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung von dem fewo Inserat. Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Ruhpolding und die Chiemgauer Alpen sind eine sehr schöne Gegend, um einen tollen Urlaub in der Natur zu unternehmen. Wir können die Ferienwohnung und die Umgebung sehr weiterempfehlen. Gerne kommen wir mal wieder.
