Eine sehr schöne Wohnung. Nahe am Zentrum, sehr gute Küchenausstattung. Sessel leider unbequem, da ausgelaugt. Bad schön und neu, leider winziger Duschkopf in der Dusche und keinerlei Ablage für Shampoo etc.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super Lage.Leider ist das das Haus sehr hellhörig. Im Bad und in der Dusche mussten mal die Fugen erneuert werden. Die Schlüsselhalter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Gut gelegene Wohnung
Positiv: Sehr gut gelegen. Zum "Zentrum" und Bahnhof ist es fußläufig nicht sehr weit, direkt vor der Tür kann man schöne Wanderungen beginnen. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles sauber. Viel Stellfläche für Koffer etc. bietet die Wohnung nicht. Im Wohnzimmer fehlt die "Gammelecke": Die Couch kann man zwar ausziehen, benötigt aber einen Bettbezug. Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, und auf der Terasse sitzt man auf dem Präsentierteller. Es dürfte mehr Handtücher geben. Nur ein Schlüssel für die Whg.

Eine ansprechende und gemütliche Wohnung. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man sich denken kann. Sauber und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Vermieterin ... hilfsbereit und freundlich. Man konnte sie bei etwaigen Fragen jederzeit anrufen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. Vielen Dank

Super Fewo, gerne wieder !
Es ist alles vorhanden, was man zum Urlaub in der Fewo benötigt. Einziges Manko, ist dass der Tisch nicht ausziehbar ist und kein vernünftiger Backofen vorhanden ist. Ansonsten, super Betreuung und Beratung zur Umgebung/Feriendomiziel.

Skiurlaub 2020 in Ruhpolding
Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit diesem Urlaub. Von Anfang bis Ende war Alles gelungen. Die Übergabe, die Wohnung selbst, die Sauberkeit und das ganze Umfeld mit Ruhe und Parkplatz und Lage der Immobilie alles bestens. Wir kommen wieder.

Guter Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen
Sehr gut gelegen in ruhiger Lage. Über die nächste Straße gehen und schon fließt die Traun. Nah am XXX-XXX (knapp 500 m). Die Matrazen sind etwas durchgelegen, drum haben wir im Bettsofa geschlafen und die Kinder im Elternbett. Mülltrennbehälter im Keller waren nach einer Woche für 5 Parteien natürlich voll und ich musste antupsen, damit sie geleert werden - was geschah. Tür der WaMa kaputt. Rasen hätte etwas früher gemäht werden können. Kombi Mikrowelle-Backofen etwas umständlich.
