Summary:
Relax with the whole family at this tranquil home. 4 min walk to the beach with local restaurants, shopping, and jetty nearby. The house has a newly installed water purification system which is essential in Surfside Beach! Have free access to a beach chairs, beach wagon and boogie boards to enjoy the beach!
*This house sleeps 9 people, and potentially 10 people with extra twin air mattress*

The Space:
The space is welcoming, family-friendly, with everything necessary to enjoy your stay! There are 4 bedrooms with comfortable beds and beautiful decoration. The master bedroom has a king size bed, private bathroom and TV.

Guest Access:
The entire property will be available with the exception of the garage, hallway closet, and the attic.

The Neighborhood:
Friendly community in a peaceful small town close to restaurants and the beach. Check out The Seahorse Bar & Grill right on the beach, a short walk away! Also there is Culture Coffee Tx, a local coffee shop within walking distance. Beach front Deck Bar and Grill is also good and can be driven to in 2 minutes or rent a golf cart and get around town!

Getting Around:
The beach and most restaurants are walking distance! you can also drive your car on the beach. All vehicles driving or parking on Surfside Beach must display an annual pass in the front left of the windshield. Annual passes are available for purchase for $12 at the kiosk under the WaterTower.

Perfect Vacation

This is our second time to book this property & it didn’t disappoint. The house is beautifully decorated with a beachy vibe. The house is a short walk to the beach & includes everything needed for a day at the beach. The communication with the owner is great too.

Great place for young and old. Well managed

Stayed here in the late spring with my in laws and mother in law. Nice place roomy and close to the beach. Property well managed and cleaned has beach toys for the little ones. Great value!

Great house, perfect for our larger family!

We are a family of 7 with kids ages 18 down to 10 and Grandma traveled with us and this home was perfect for us. As expected we were just a few minutes from the beach, centrally located and the owner is super responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this home!

Absolutely perfect!!

It was a very pretty house, and it was super close to the beach. Very clean, beds are comfortable, super easy check in, and great communication with the owner. We want to come back in late July because it was perfect for everything we needed.

Our family of 7 was perfectly comfortable in this house! We have never been to a Texas beach (we usually go to Florida), but this little town and this little house were absolutely perfect... so much so that we will definitely return! Highly recommend this owner and this propery!

Lovely

The amenities and beach house was lovely. Beautifully decorated, has a fully stocked kitchen (just need the food to cook), very responsive host, even has toiletries in the restrooms. Walking distance to a beautiful area of the beach. The bath and shower water is different than the city of course. Very salty and has a metal taste. We hope to book again soon.

Perfect Stay

The house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Lots of towels and kitchen well stocked. On a quiet street, so close to the ocean you can see the waves from the balcony. No problem walking there with our fiesty 1 year old. The garage door was a little difficult to open but Andrew was able to help me immediately over the phone (you have to pull the handle toward you while putting in the code). I would definitely stay here again!

Summer '22 Family Vacay

The property is as listed, short walk to beach on a quiet street. Well stocked kitchen and a grill - both important amenities for our family. The unit was clean. Very nicely decorated. Not a lot of breakable things, we had kids in our group. The beds were comfortable. The host quickly responded during the reservation process and during the stay. We really could not have asked for more. The price is right. We would definitely stay again.

The house & the beach were absolutely beautiful!

We really loved it! The owners thought of everything. Shampoo, body wash, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, beach towels (etc.) were provided. The owners were available anytime we had questions. The house was just gorgeous; well-decorated & very clean with an open floor plan. Beach was not even a full block away. We love that you can even drive your car directly down on the beach so you don’t have to carry all your beach gear. You just have to get a $12/year permit from a nearby gas station. We will hopefully be back next year. I’ve already sent your listing to several people who are interested in staying with you. Thank you for blessing us by sharing your home with us!

Everything you could want for a beach vacay!

After some confusion on check in time (got an automated text saying 3, but cleaning lady was there til after 4), we were very pleased with the home. Very nice, well maintained, comfortable and fully stocked! REALLY appreciated the beach wagon and boogie boards. The kids had an absolute blast with them! Highly recommend buying a beach pass ($12 for the year) to drive onto the beach. We had way too much junk to haul all the way down the street and then onto the beach, so parking was perfect. It did seem that the beach was busier by the house as opposed to further down near the campground my parents stayed at. The kids thought the bunks were the most amazing thing they'd ever seen lol. Also greatly appreciated the water filtration system and that we were able to bring our fur baby! We will definitely come back!

Exactly as described and better

The house was great! Exactly as described including the few min walk to the beach. We were able to take our chairs snd canopy across the walk way and enjoy the beach. We have been to Surfside before and this is the first time we had actual access to the beach front without having to buy a pass. We were close enough to several favorite restaurants that we could walk and not too far from the jetty when we wanted to fish. We were not far from Freeport to see other family members. A 15 min ride to the Sea Center Texas such was great. The house was clean with sizable bedrooms. Loved the walk-in shower. We were able to communicate with the owner. We would for sure recommend this house to use for a week or more for a family or a few couples. We are planning a trip in October and would love to get this house again.

Amazing!!

The house is gorgeous and the beach that’s close by is so clean!! Andrew and his wife are super sweet and checked in on us everyday! They had a high chair for my one year old which was super convenient bc I didn’t have to bring one! My kids all had an amazing time!

Beautiful House

The wife and I usually get a beach house 1-2 times a year. This was our first time staying here. The house was very modern, spacious, large patio, strong working AC, and close walk to the beach.
