About this property

Two-room vacation apartment with west-facing balcony

Das "Landhaus am Letten" verfügt über zwei schöne Ferienwohnungen. Es liegt zentrumsnah in Südhanglage am Hausberg. Zur Dorfmitte sind es 5 Gehminuten. Alle Geschäfte und Einrichtungen im Ort sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Unsere Gäste schätzen die ruhige und idyllische Lage mit Blick auf die Reit im Winkler Berge. Ein kleiner Bach fließt direkt nebenan. Die Wanderwege führen unmittelbar am Haus vorbei in die umliegende Natur und die Berge. Der Barfußpark mit Kneipanlage am Grünbühel und der bekannte Klettersteig am Hausbachfall sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Ihr Vorteil als unser Gast: Wir sind Partner-Vermieter/Betrieb der Reit im Winkl Schwimm-Card. Sie haben dadurch die Möglichkeit, zusätzlich zu unseren eigenen Leistungen weitere kostenlose Leistungen zu erhalten, wie z.B. freien Eintritt im Frei- und Hallenbad, im Kössener Wald-Freibad sowie am Walchsee.
Die Ferienwohnung ist 35 qm groß und besteht aus Wohnzimmer mit integrierter Kochnische, Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Bad mit Badewanne.
Der 7 qm große Westbalkon lädt zum gemütlichen Aufenthalt ein.

    Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit neuem Bad. Zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Schrankküche mit 2 Herdplatten ist zum Kochen nicht geeignet. Netter feundlicher Inhaber. Haus steht am Ortsrand auf kleiner Anhöhe. 10 minuten Fußweg in den Ort.

    Reit im Winkel ist super schön

    Die Ferienwohnung ist einfach sehr gut. Es ist alles für einen schönen Urlaub vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Herr Donauer ist sehr freundlich und gibt sehr gute Tipps. Wir werden diese Ferienwohnung wieder buchen, wenn wir wieder in die Berge fahren. Alles was in der Anzeige angegeben ist, stimmt alles zu 100 %.

    Herbsturlaub in Reit im Winkl

    Wir haben uns sehr spontan für den Urlaub entschieden und waren super zufrieden mit unserer Wahl. Sehr freundlicher Gastgeber. Wir hatten die größere Wohnung, von der man einen tollen Ausblick auf den Ort hat. Die Wanderwege starten übrigens wirklich quasi vor der Tür, was sehr praktisch war. Gerne wieder.
