This unit offers separate living and dining areas and can sleep 4 people. A contactless check in/out process with a virtual innkeeper allows for a seamless experience!

Your serenity begins as you step foot into this casual compound with a delightful private porch and conch-style cottage that will captivate your island soul. Carry your crafted cocktail to the deck area and pool which comes heated in the winter months, cooled by the protective canopies, exquisite swaying palms and gentle breezes. Stretch out in a deck chair with your favorite mystery novel or toss some kabobs on the shared outside grill for an al fresco treat.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
Enter the airy sun-kissed suite where you are greeted by island-inspired furnishings and tropical decor, separate living and dining areas, flat screen tv and a fully-equipped modern kitchen for all your culinary desires. The cozy sofa has a queen size pull out bed to accommodate a party of 4. The bedroom boasts a newly-remodeled king bed with luxurious bedding, ceiling fan and wall-mounted HDTV. Wash the day off in your private bathroom with enclosed glass and marble tiled shower and quartz sink counter. Slip outside to your private deck to view our botanical gardens that overlooks the pool and stone waterfall.

Cute cottage, nice pool and convenient location

Overall the stay was great! The cottage was very nice, convenient location, great pool, and good communication with management/owners. My only complaint is that the walls between the other unit were very thin, you could literally hear them sneeze, toilet flush next door and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Great location and pool!

This property is beautiful and well kept. The Royal Palm suite is perfect for a couple with a comfy bed and updated bathroom. We used the pool area every night and loved walking everywhere we wanted to go. We parked right next to our suite, no problem. There are 2 small refrigerators, neither has freezer space beyond a tiny box. We got ice and water from the pool area every time, not the most convenient. Also the connecting wall is super thin, we could hear talking and music from the next unit. But overall a great stay!

We enjoy having coffee on the private little porches outside each room. My favorite spot is the solar heated pool with its waterfall that masks any sounds from the neighborhood. We loved walking to nearby restaurants - especially El Siboney. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It’s a great place to stay.

Cozy, convenient, communicative

My husband and I feel we found a gem in paradise. Located conveniently to Duval street and famous Blue Heaven restaurant. Authentic Cuban food literally steps away at El Siboney. We rented bikes which gave us more freedom and control of our times. Beds were comfortable, pillows comfy. Our neighbors were quiet and our room furnished with basic necessities and clean! Communication with landlords was easy and they were very responsive when we had questions. Our flight was earlier than check in , and we were able to sit by the tranquility of the pool while we waited for our room which was ready early. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Clean and Peacefull

We cooked and had meals on the two patios, and rented bikes so we didn't have to drive. The decor was beautiful and updated with a super comfortable king bed. The pool is OUTSTANDING with the fountain and shade from the blazing sun. This place is from now on our go-to stay in KW. We travel to KW about 2 to 3 times per year, and we have finally found our spot.

Great Location and Amazing Suite

Loved this suite and the location was amazing. Only had minor issues during our stay… broken door which was fixed quickly. Broken fridge that we dealt with and awful time getting clean towels and wash clothes. Had to request them every day and they never took the old dirty towels so they stayed on our floor for 5 days. Also the door between our suite and another suites was so thin that we could hear every conversation that the couple next to us was having. That was the worst part, we felt like we needed to be very quiet. Not very private at all.

Wonderful location and great place to stay

Great place to stay as far as location. Easy walk to shopping, grocery, restaurants, touring, etc. The suite was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed (although we didn’t use the kitchen to cook). It was quiet until the adjoining suite was rented. We could hear the TV through the adjoining door when we were in bed. The pool area was perfect for cooling off in the afternoon.

Excellent place to hang your hat

This was a perfect location anda well kept modern property in a beautiful enclave of several villas with a small pool. Very beautiful vegetation. All well kept. A sure winner! You do share a lockout room adjacent to your neighbors, so discretion is to be kept in mind!
