Amazing!

This was my second time staying at the phoenix x and I will be back for sure! The check in/out process is a breeze. Our room was beautiful and clean and in the perfect location. I will be back soon!

We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo location is great, overlooking the beach and pool/ patio, and close to parking garage, Flora-Bama, and easy drive to restaurants and activities. The condo furnishings and appliances worked well and the layout is good. Just a few suggestions: The walls are pretty scuffed and chipped in various places -- a full interior paint job would go a long way, some of the patio furniture and shower curtain rods were a bit rusty, it looks like there's some mold/mildew around the master bedroom vent (probably just superficial from cool A/C air hitting coastal moist air), and the master tub/shower drained very slowly. These were not a big deal but would be easy fixes that would make a noticeable improvement. I mentioned the tub draining issue when checking out and the front desk staff said she was going to take care of it right away. Beds and furniture were comfortable and we had ample towels. The pools were nice and we enjoyed the one pickleball/tennis court that was open. The gym equipment is dated and doesn't work so well. A staff member mentioned they were looking into updating it. Staff at Phoenix X were friendly. A nice vacation spot overall.
