Our condo is perfectly situated on the 7th floor, conveniently the same floors as the tennis/pickleball court. We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,980 sq ft the unit is very spacious, and new to the rental market!!

Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 60” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 55" SMART TV in the master, a 42" Smart TV in the 2nd bedroom and a 39" SMART TVS in the 3rd AND 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the Master, two Queen Beds 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms and sofa sleeper queen for sleeping up to 16!

There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool with a water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf, BBQ Grills, and a tennis court.

There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Family trip

Great location and convenient for parking. Beds were comfortable and clean. Space was great for the family. Loved the pickle ball court and indoor pool for kids. Outdoor pool was extremely cold so we were not able to use it. The furniture was nice but was dirty and may need updating. Great time at the beach!!!

VERY Dirty

The inside of the condo was EXTREMELY dirty. It appeared that the only thing that had been ckeaned before our arrival was the bathrooms. The dryer would not dry clothes. The oven did not work properly and the ice maker on the fridge would not dispense ice. There were several other things that were broken within the condo. We feel that for the price we paid the condo should have been in better condition.

Overall the stay was very good. Negatives Building security seemed to be lacking Some living room furniture was very dirty One bed comforter had rust or blood stain on it Some kitchen pans were so scratched and beat up that they were unusable and shouldn’t be in the kitchen. Everything else was good

beautiful unit, overall a pretty good stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place is perfect, beautiful, clean. One kind of major negative that may or may not have been out of their control is that the beach was being repaired and closed for 2 whole days just outside our unit. Losing the beach for 25% of your stay is frustrating. If known ahead of time, would have been nice.
