Spacious 6BR Beach Home Pool, Direct Gulf access

A stunning, bright 6BR beach house, very large, 2700 sq. ft. Best location, overlooking the Gulf direct access to 13th St. beach. Beautiful ocean views from most rooms, large 30' balconies. Great appointments,large kitchen, granite, stainless, tile throughout. Master king and queen bedrooms have balconies overlooking the gulf. King beds are memory foam. House has a large, 21'x40' shared pool behind. We also have a splash pad/water park next to the pool..kids love it. Home has a large, enclosed out door shower, a barbecue grill and picnic table. There are 6 televisions, one big screen in the living area, the others in 5 of the bedrooms. We have roku and Hulu Live. Ample parking, you have at least 4 spots and since we are a corner location there is a lot of off street parking Location is perfect, we are just 2 miles from the center of town but away from the hi rises. Just a few steps to the beach. Our beach is enormous, a wide swath of white, crystal sand. Close activities include swimming, boating, surfing, jet ski parasailing, etc. Please note I have a 7 night minimum in summer starting Memorial Day till the 2 week of August--and typically I have a 5 night minimum in spring and fall, 3 nights in winter.
