4BR/4.5BA Villa Magna Beachfront Condo with Gorgeous Ocean Views

Our condo is located in Villa Magna, a gated development in Nuevo Vallarta located on the beachfront of beautiful Banderas Bay, one of the world's largest and deepest bay. Nuevo Vallarta beach is the longest and widest in the bay - great for walks, watersports (swimming, boogie boarding, kayaking) and access to jet skiing and para-sailing from the beach. Our ninth floor unit (of 10) has gorgeous views of the bay, Punta de Mita and the Sierra Madre mountains. Enjoy first class pools (incl. infinity) surrounded with lounge chairs. Condo guests can purchase an all inclusive pass and enjoy the amenities offered by Dreams Hotel which include 5 restaurants, spa, gym and kids recreation area access.

Our unit is a roomy four bedroom and four and half bath unit (2300+ sqft) - all bedrooms have a full private bathroom and air-conditioning units with per-room-control. There are views of either the ocean or mountains from all of the bedrooms. The unit has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, oven, side by size refrigerator, propane BBQ, and whole house water filtration system.

Living/Dining Areas:
Large living and dining areas adjacent to the kitchen. Expansive views from living and dining area, with near wall-to-wall sliding glass doors that open to the balcony, bringing the outdoors in. Large 55" LCD TV (stereo DVD/CD) with cable and wired/wireless high-speed Internet access. Dining table with seating for 10.

Kitchen:
Prepare your meals and drinks in our large fully equipped kitchen, with granite counter tops and bar seating. There is a "whole-unit" water filtration system. Grocery delivery can be arranged or you can purchase groceries at Mega supermarket, Sam's club, and Walmart's (12 min ride by taxi/rental car) or at nearby smaller market in Paradise Village. There is also a Costco market in Puerto Vallarta. Fresh seafood can be purchased at the marina in La Cruz, a short distance north of Bucerias.

Balcony:
Large balcony spans living area, dining area and master suite. 4 comfortable chairs and table + 2 lounge chairs to enjoy outdoor living. Large Weber propane barbeque.

Master Suite:
The master suite has a king size bed with ocean views from the sliding door that opens onto the balcony. Relax in the in-room jacuzzi tub. Large walk-in closet. Equipped with LCD TV (DVD/CD).

Guest Master Bedroom:
King size bed, view of Sierra Madre mountains, large walk-in closet, full bathroom.

Third Bedroom:
Two full size beds, large closet, full bathroom, view of Sierra Madre mountains,

Fourth Bedroom:
Two twin size beds, closet, full bathroom, view of Sierra Madre mountains

There are many local restaurants in Nuevo Vallarta, Bucerias, and La Cruz. There are also activity centers, golf courses (three local) and Paradise shopping center nearby. Downtown Puerto Vallarta is only 30 minutes South from the condo. You can get there by car, bus or the water taxi.

Our property manager can assist with your stay and arrange for special services such as: additional cleaning services, food preparation services, grocery delivery, in-room massage, transportation, activities, and more.

There is a $25 per week electric allowance. This is typically adequate as long as doors and windows are closed while AC is on. The unit has ceiling fans in each room and sensors on the doors and windows. The property manager will read the meter at check-in and check-out. For guest staying more than 1 week, you are required to pay for additional cleaning once per week.

Our family of 8 (2 children) had a great time at the beach! The beach was very clean and great for swimming as were the pools. The condo was very nice, had plenty of room, clean, and the kitchen very well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony and view of the ocean. Only a few issues. The water for the jet bathtub in the master bedroom did not work well so it was not usable for us. One of the bedroom air conditioners did not cool as much as we would have liked. Even though the condo is advertised as having whole house water filtration, bottled water was recommend for drinking and only a half of large bottle of filtered water was provided with promise that more would be delivered the next day. The water service never delivered any water and after a day and a half we had to go into town and get it ourselves which was an inconvenience. Otherwise, the condo was as advertised.

Enjoyed our Spring Break!

We had four moms and four 18-year old daughters staying at the condo for a week during spring break and had a great time. The location was great, with lots of great restaurants nearby and Patricia (and Lisa) were great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Nuevo Vallarta.First, the host, Lisa, was outstanding.She was prompt, organized, and incredibly responsive from the moment we booked. When our flights unexpectedly changed and we needed to adjust our arrival by a day, Lisa handled it effortlessly and with genuine care. She checked in with us on arrival and periodically throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect—her hospitality truly went above and beyond.The onsite property manager, Patricia, was equally wonderful. She met us at the condo upon check‑in, walked us through the unit, and made sure we felt completely comfortable. She also checked in from time to time during our stay, which was reassuring and very much appreciated.The condo itself - even better than advertised.The unit is incredibly spacious. Great location at a resort with a nice beach. Great ocean views from the eighth floor. We really appreciated the property manager allowing us to check out late on the final day. Check-in was a little confusing. Well stocked kitchen. Parking underground. Good bedrooms and beds. The small bedrooom was quite cramped with two smaller beds there. The toilet in there was plugged.I did notice that the floors in the master bedroom could have been cleaner, with some debris and hairs evident.

Excellent spot for family get away!

This condo was great for our 4 adult , 3 children vacation. The condo was plenty roomy and had everything we needed to eat in, stay technically connected and sleep well. There were plenty of pool toys for the beach and pool fun. Patricia , the property manager, was easy to contact and responded quickly. The only issues we had was with hot water, which takes longer to get up to the eighth floor ... need to plan a bit., and that restaurants on site ( there is a grill and sandwich/ coffee shop that are independent) are owned by Dreams and are for all inclusive stays at Dreams only... We found some great restaurants in walking distance we used instead. Overall, it was a great trip in a great spot, on a great beach!

Our 2 families (4 adults and 4 kids) spend the past 11 days at this Villa Magna Condo and had an amazing time. The apartment was clean and spacious with a large balcony that offered immaculate views of the Nuevo coast and Banderas Bay; particularly at sunset. We made full use of the condos kitchen/bbq facilities. Patricia (condo manager), made the check-in/out process very fast, easy and informative. The resort itself was perfectly kept and the staff very friendly and helpful. Beach is very safe for swimming/playing. We spent most of our time at the beach. Paradise village shopping is a short walk for groceries/supplies. We made the (walking) journey to Bucerius along the beach one afternoon which took approximately 1.5hrs. Lovely walk. Great shopping/dining. Easy cab ride home again. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Magna and would highly recommend Property 271364. Thank you Lisa!

For families

The condo is big and roomy for big families as it has 4 bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and beach were perfect for us. The refrigerator needs to be repaired or replaced. It did not keep the food cold and did not keep the frozen foods frozen. (I am a licenced refrigeration mechanic) there is no water line hooked upto the fridge, therefore no filtered water. Could not use the hot tub in the master bedroom as there was only one tap in use and it did not get hot water. AC just worked ok. Needs to be serviced. If those things were fixed it is a very nice place to stay. We would definitely stay again.

The condo itself was nice. The location has it's challenges. The property is located with the Dreams Hotel & condos. If you want any service, (food, drinks, club access, etc.) you need to purchase bracelets from the dreams hotel, ($95 a day per person. Of course everything in Mexico is negotiable. They want you to tour a property for a lower price) If you don't have a bracelet you pay cash. Not enough lounge chairs, always full. We were kicked out of the pool at 9pm. The condo had a $30 electric credit. If you run the air conditioning you will have to pay the higher electric cost which is expensive. With that said, I'm not a fan of Mexico and the whole let's make a deal game.

Wonderful Family vacation

We stayed for 14 days and had the vacation of a lifetime. We created memories that all if us will talk about for years!The only negative was the hic up with check-in. I had no Wifi or internet landing in PV and assumed either the property manager would meet us or we would have some place to check in. We walked around the property for more than an hour exhausted. We finally found someone who let us use their phone to call the property manager. It turns out tbe condo was unlocked and ready for us! Had we known the floor it was on we might have tried that... oh well! Bit of a rockey start but once we got in it all was better. Beautiful Condo with view to match! We had arranged with the property manager to have groceries and supper waiting for us and it was perfect and so appreciated!We were a family of 7 from Canada. We all were very comfortable in our spacious rooms with ceiling fans and AC in each room. However we found we rarely used AC.We hired a private chef that was recommended to us from the property manager. Chef Benjamin was amazing! Highly recommend. The beach there is sooo nice! We had my 88 year old step dad jumping waves! LolPools are big. The pool closest to the ocean is the cold pool. We used the bar thats for the condo people every day. Drinks were yummy and reasonably priced. We ate there sometimes but werent as impressed with the food. We preferred to go to Brasas for lunch.The location is great!Thank you Lisa and Patricia we had a wonderful stay!

Love villa magna properties! Condo was as advertised, very comfortable and had all essentials needed! Stunning views of the sunset, beautiful pool. Close to Samsclub, and other supermarkets. We love villa magna and love the fact that there are other properties available for rent as well in the resort that makes it convenient for family gatherings (we rented 3 condos) and had a great time celebrating my parents 50th wedding anniversary. I recommend this listing/property. Property manager had great communication. Thank you we had a lovely time!

Perfect end to 2020

Spent a week around New Years here. It was the perfect location to end 2020. Great view of fireworks too! Condo had most everything we needed. We hired a private chef that was amazing for New Year’s Eve. Owner Lisa and Patricia the property manager were quick to answer questions and Patricia addressed everything quickly while we were there. No issues with hot water on our trip. Condo has boogie boards but no chairs or umbrella. Equipped with cooler to bring down to beach or pool. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance and only a quick cab ride to sams club or the market. Wonderful bike/running path just outside property. Felt very safe. A bit confusing with the hotel and restaurants on property but there is a cash/credit snack bar by the pool. You can’t go wrong renting this property. Highly recommend
