The space

The entire suite has been painted, and new luxury wood-looking vinyl floors installed throughout the entire suite. All furniture and decor have been replaced with brand-new, modern pieces to ensure a relaxing vacation with a luxury feel!

You will feel your every worry melt away with the ebbing of the tides as plush furnishings and an endless ocean view welcomes you into this stunning oceanfront suite. Amenities abound in this oceanfront gem. The chic, full-size kitchen comes fully equipped with pristine granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Sliding glass doors in the spacious master bedroom and the beautifully appointed living room flood the entire suite with an abundance of natural light while also allowing for easy access to the private, oceanfront balcony.

Outside your condo, non-stop fun awaits you at the Caribbean Resort. Spend some quality time playing with your kids in either the indoor or outdoor swimming pools. Enjoy a little time to yourself with a relaxing workout in the state-of-the-art fitness room. Then, after your workout, soothe your weary muscles with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. And, best of all, take just a few steps away from your resort, and you will find your toes sinking into the warm sand of the beach.

Myrtle Beach, SC is renowned for its golf courses, seafood restaurants and miles and miles of beautiful oceanfront. So pack your bags and bring the family to this delightful beachside resort town where you can all build sandcastles, see an amazing musical production, golf the putt-putt courses, or the championship golf courses, and dine on fresh, local shrimp and blue crabs. There is a water park with a slide at the Caribbean Resort that is the perfect attraction for kids. And all of this is in addition to the Atlantic Ocean which is essentially your backyard. Make reservations for a beach condo in this oceanfront high-rise and your family will be treated to Atlantic Ocean views from your vacation rental. There is a small kitchen, so you can make a quick meal, furnish snacks for your family and keep your drinks ice cold during your vacation.

Guest access:

Guests can access all Caribbean Resort water amenities on site along with the fitness center.
Guests do not have access to restaurants/bars/gift shops/game room/laundry rooms.

Other details to note:

All suites managed by us have code locks for the doors, so there’s no need to waste time checking in at the front lobby, all access codes will be sent to you on the day of check-in by 4 pm.

Parking passes (2) will already be waiting for you in your suite.

All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with basic kitchen utensils such as silverware and plates/bowls.

For anyone wishing to bring their dog, only our suites at Patricia Grand allow them. Inquire for more information on these units.

Upon check-in, linens for each bed and towels for each person will be available in the room, along with starter items such as trash bags, toilet paper, and soaps. Any additional items needed will come at a small fee.

Items such as beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. are not provided by us but can be rented from the lifeguards on the beach.

Our locations are privately owned and rented by off-site management, so all questions or requests must be made by contacting us. The front desk will have none of your information and will not assist you.

In the event of the mandatory evacuation order for our area full refund will be issued. We will have no further liability regarding your reservation. In the event of inclement weather in other areas prohibiting guests from getting to Myrtle Beach, there will be no refund. We will have no liability with respect to the reservation. We recommend travelers purchase insurance, especially during the months with a higher potential for inclement weather (e.g. hurricane season).

- Must be 21 to book.
-Check-in is any time after 4 pm. Check-out is 10 am. Early check-ins or late check-outs are never a guarantee, but can sometimes be arranged for a small fee. Unauthorized early check-in or late check-out will result in a $100.00 fee.
-Pets are not allowed (Please message us to inquire about dog-friendly suites.)
-Evidence of an unauthorized pet in the unit will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-Only guests that are staying in the suite are allowed in the suite. Evidence of unauthorized guests in the unit will result in an additional charge of $100 per person per night. Please be sure to notify us if additional guests will be joining you.
-This is a non-smoking suite, balcony included. Any evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning charge of $250.00.
-This is not a hotel room but a privately owned condo. Please leave it as you found it and respect this place.
-Please report any damages to your suite upon check-in. Any damages caused during your stay will be charged upon check-out.
-Per Resort Rules quiet time is 11 pm-6 am. Please be mindful of other resort guests. If resort rules are not followed, you may be asked to leave.

Please note that during the Winter months, there may be renovations in the resort or nearby suites. Some resort amenities may be closed or have limited hours during this time. Prices are reduced during the winter to compensate for this possibility.
