Perfect location

We could walk to restaurants We could walk the beach Lots of room for six. Some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed- one toilet was falling apart, towel racks coming off wall . Simple fixes that could really enhance a good unit.

This was it!

The condo was beautiful. It sits right on the ocean and you have views of it on all sides. We are able to drive right up to the door of the condo to drop off things. It's on the 9th floor, so you can park on any floor and take the elevator also. We didn't want to drive up all the time. Condo looked so elegant. The floors, kitchen and everything was tastefully done. Internet was great. There is a HUGE balcony where you can sit and watch the ocean and everything that's happening. We took a stroll along the beach and reached the main activities area. There is so much to do there. We wished we had stayed longer. Will plan to visit again and stay right here.

Weekend get away

When we arrived I could not tell with the app what room we were in so I went to the lobby for help could not help really told me I was in another room on another floor. I went to the room I was told. Put in the code and it opened the door to another room that was occupied at the time. Finally called the host and got the answer I was looking for. Could not find the parking passes that was in theoom until the second night, tried to get two for us from the front desk and they argued with me that they did not have to give me them. The room stated there was two couches with sleeper sofas. There was only one couch. When I asked the host about it. I got a reply sorry for the inconvenience. Views was great, location was great, but not what I would call a great experience with checking in

Poor quality

The location excellent, charge for cleaning boths bathroom with mood,we had to clean floor to much sand, beds confortable, in the lobby only 1 restroom plus dirty no toilet paper they charge for it too, pools green around, i can say excellent because is not !!!

Overall it was ok, the dishwasher had dirty dishes in it, the floor was dirty and very sandy, overall the condo was dirty but once we cleaned it up ourselves we did enjoy our stay.

Weekend Getaway

We were in town for a gymnastics competition and made a long weekend of it. This condo had a great view, a great location within the building, and a great location overall. The host was both friendly and responsive. We had a great time and enjoyed the accommodations.

Property was not expectedly clean. Furnishings were older and much more worn than the photos suggested. Cleaning products left out on the chair when we walked in and main shower was filthy. Would not choose this specific property again.

Sometimes Frustrating

Upon arrival, our door was not locked. Further discovered our door would not lock or unlock, which made our first few days difficult. We couldn’t go out as a family, as someone had to stay in the room at all times with our belongings. After multiple tries making contact with someone, we had different people coming to fix the keypad to no avail. Finally on day 3, the keypad was replaced and problem solved. Shower curtain moldy and disgusting. Took several days of complaining to get that replaced. Internet and cable was down the majority of the time. Don’t plan to get on the internet or watch tv very much. Unit seemed relatively clean except for the moldy curtain. Good location.

Family Stay

Property was perfect for the family. Easy access to beach. Near boardwalk. Starbucks and Dollar General within walking distance. Restaurant right next door. We never had to use the car during our stay. Property was clean and comfortable. We took advantage of laundry. Notes for improvement: No salt and pepper provided in kitchen. We were not given a code to enter parking garage to access property. After getting stuck, someone entered the code to the gate and let us in.
