Obergeschoss und bietet Platz für 1-2 Personen. Sie verfügt über ein separates Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett mit getrennten Matratzen und großen Kleiderschrank, eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit Backofen, Geschirrspüler, Toaster, Kaffeemaschine und Teekocher, ein Wohnzimmer mit einer Schlafcouch und Satelliten TV, einen kleinen Flur und ein Badezimmer mit WC und Dusche. Bettwäsche und Handtücher vorhanden ebenso Tisch- und Küchenwäsche. Nichtraucherzimmer mit Lärmschutzfenster. Durch die zentrale und sehr ruhige Lage in der Ortsmitte erreichen Sie die Fluten der Rottal Terme in wenigen Gehminuten, sowie den Kurpark, Golfpark oder die Bad Birnbacher Gastronomie. Kostenloser Parkplatz und Fahrräder vorhanden.
