Pet Policy – Sweet Seclusion

Pet Fee: $55 per pet, per night

Disclosure & Approval Required:
All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets not disclosed during booking will be considered a house rule violation.

Allowed Pets:
• Dogs only
• Maximum of 4 dogs
• Cats are strictly prohibited due to allergies

Pet Rules:
• Dogs must be crated when left unattended
• No pets on furniture or beds
• Guests are responsible for all pet waste cleanup (indoors and outdoors)

Undisclosed Pets / Violations:
• Undisclosed pets will result in additional cleaning charges
• A $500 fee applies for unreported pets
• Guests are responsible for extraordinary cleaning, sanitization, and/or item replacement caused by pet-related contamination, including bedding, furniture, rugs, and upholstery

Inspection & Enforcement:
The home is professionally inspected after each stay. Any violations discovered during post-checkout inspection may result in additional charges.

Service Animals must be notified to host before booking.

Bear-Safe Trash Protocol
All trash must be placed in the bear-safe containers at the front of the cabin.
Do not leave food or coolers outdoors.

Security Cameras

Very nice property. The Cleaning company did miss several things. There was gum stuck on the headboard of the Master bedroom which my daughter in law stuck her hair in and several Dr. Pepper cans in the living room.

Great Stay

The property is close to activities in Pigeon Forge & Sevierville and an easy drive to Great Smokey Mountains National Park and Gatlinburg. The home was clean and well maintained. The owners were easily accessible for the one small problem we ran into. The property is beautiful and very secluded. It was great place for our kids to play and enjoy the outdoors. The outdoor firepit was awesome! We also really enjoyed the hot tub. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a retreat from the hustle and bustle! BUT you are still a close drive to all the amenities!

Family get away

Relaxing long weekend. Cabin was quiet on a long gravel road in back of woods, but close to the parkway Only 1 shower with 2 bathrooms. Arcade game was for small children to play in bunk room. The hot tub was hot but the finish is coming off and feels sandy.enjoyed fire pit Vik is pleasant and easy to communicate with quick responses. We would recommend a fireplace in the living room, the WiFi is spotty and There is a few maintenance issues that he is aware of other then that we would stay again.

There is a Ring type camera on the front porch that we weren’t made aware of ahead of time. The hot tub felt like it had very bad calcium build up. All surfaces of it were gritty and if you rubbed against it the grit would come off. The water felt gritty and it would get on our skin. There must be hard water because the main bathroom shower head is starting to be clogged too. The water in the hot tub was also very dirty. My husband had to spend an hour cleaning it before we could use it. The doorknob leading out to the hot tub was broken. The outside was completely missing so going outside and not realizing that my husband got locked outside for about 5 minutes. We made them aware on the 2nd day, first about the tub in the master bathroom having a very bad leak which they responded back saying they put in a work order for it to be repaired and then shortly after that about the doorknob. Neither were fixed our entire week stay. Leaving us with only one working shower for 6 adults to use every day. The main bathroom shower/tub drain was so clogged with hair you couldn’t even tell there was any opening in the drain. I had to dig a smelly, slimy, baseball size amount of hair out to be able to use the shower and have it drain. The second bedroom with a regular bed had a massive amount of ladybugs. The cabin had a lot of potential but their housekeeping definitely left A LOT to be desired. There was also a stray dog that came around a lot and kept going bathroom in the yard.

During your stay, you contacted us regarding a bathroom leak and an exterior doorknob, both of which were acknowledged immediately and documented for repair. Due to the holiday period, non-emergency repairs were scheduled based on contractor availability. We were not notified during the stay of concerns related to the hot tub, drains, insects, or housekeeping, and we would have been happy to address these had they been reported at the time. Our hot tub is professionally serviced prior to each arrival. For transparency, exterior security cameras are clearly disclosed in the listing and are installed solely for safety purposes, in compliance with VRBO policy. We encourage guests to communicate any concerns during their stay so we can assist promptly and ensure a comfortable experience.

This cabin is secluded enough yet close to all the attractions that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer. You are minutes away from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, the adventures and thrills and the fine restaurants of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.
Best part is huge back and front yard and did we mention this property has little trails around for you to explore!
