We offer an elaborately restored old stone house with 50cm thick stone walls which, even in midsummer, a healthy and pleasant indoor climate and not necessarily the air conditioning needs. It is located in the center of Cizici a small town on the bay Soline. The bay Soline is known that the bathing season lasts longer than in other parts, as not directly connected to the open sea.

The house is secluded, with 360m2 garden, about 300m from the sand / Kiselstrand and the sea.
On the ground floor is a large (42m2) comfortable living room, a well-equipped, modern kitchen, fridge with icemaker and a bathroom with shower. A highlight is the antique wooden bar.
On the first floor you have 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with bathtub / bidet. The large terrace with sea views invites you to linger, especially in the evenings, with a view of the lights of Soline across the street and a unique starry sky. In the garden is a solar shower, a large antique (with old "Erten" built) outdoor grill with dining area available, if you feel like preparing your own meals.

Flight connections to Rijeka (Rijeka airport, located on the island of Krk, 10 minutes driving time, good connections with Eurowings). Pets please on request.
