Thank you for the 5* review. Liza and family were wonderful guests and left the house in great condition. They are very welcome to come back in the future.
We can highly recommend this home. Everything was perfect. The house was so well equipped, all you need for a comfortable holiday. It was also very clean and has a big garden with a fantastic view to the sea.
The villa was perfect, very clean, modern and fresh. Communication with Pauline was great.
The peace and quiet was just what we wanted and with a beach on the door step was an added bonus. Would highly recommend.
Five family members enjoyed Tinnaverna View very much. The living room, diningroom, and kitchen were very bright and spacious. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and food. It was wonderful to be surrounded by fields with sheep grazing. We drove to Tinnaverna beach almost every morning and enjoyed walking along the beach. We saw some seals poking their heads up in the sea. Thanks, Pauline, for making our vacation at your house so pleasant.
Our family of 4 had a lovely stay at Pauline’s home. Everything was clean, kitchen was well-stocked, and directions were well-kept for everything around the home. The house was so cute all decorated for Christmas; it made our stay that much more welcoming. The location was perfect for day trips exploring to Waterford, Wexford, and beyond.

Thank you for the nice review Nicole, I'm glad you liked the house and your holiday in Ireland.
A beautiful property with a lovely family-friendly open living space. It was perfect for Xmas and was thoughtfully decorated to make it very festive. Very well equipped with everything we needed for cooking for the big day. Great beach walks in all directions and all the services you could want within easy reach. Killmuckridge is a short drive and has pubs, cafe and groceries.
Thank you Pauline. Tinnaberra View was perfect. After busy days touring it was great to come "home" The house was light and spacious, the sea only 3 minutes away, and village shops and cafes only 5 minutes! , So quiet and peaceful and all the comforts you can ask for. hope to be back someday! Paul and Dorothy
We had a wonderful stay in this cosy and fully equiped cottage. Very clean. Check-in and communication with host was easy. Kilmuckridge is 3km away, there you find a pub and a supermarket. From the cottage it needs about 15-20 min of walking to the beautiful Tinnaberna Beach, from there you can do long walks along the coast line long walks alobg the coast linelong long
This home was beautifully located within walking distance to the longest beach in Europe. It is very clean and has all the amenities one would need. The proprietors have a detailed folder of instructions, as well as suggestions to local sites and restaurants. On a clear day, one can see the ocean from the kitchen window...such a plus!
Highly recommend this home for a peaceful get away.
This home was so clean and tidy, we were certain no one had stayed there before. But that's the mark of an excellent house cleaner! We were impressed there were so many dishes and cookware utensils to use (some other places we stayed had very little to cook with). We appreciated that we were given instructions for all of the appliances, though those needed a bit of updating since they were for different models than the ones that were in the house. But overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The area was peaceful and tranquil with the sounds of animals and nature. We'll actually really miss the sound of the sheep bleeting and birds tweeting each day. We stayed for 2 weeks and got accustomed to the house and nearby shops. Just be careful driving on the extremely narrow roads! But other than that, it was the perfect stay! The house was modern, yet cozy and comfy. It was so lovely and we made beautiful memories there!
beautiful cosy modern bungalow, a perfect getaway spot.
Very well maintained and decorated modern bungalow with all the mod cons and a very well appointed kitchen and utility.
Gorgeous views into the countryside including a glimpse of the sea which is only a short stroll away.
House really retains the heat from the sun, very warm even without the heat on.
Great location to chill out and explore fabulous walks within a short drive in any direction- we took in raven point woods, Courtown woods and all the fabulous beach walks in the immediate vicinity- a real treat. Lovely restaurants and takeaways locally and a spar and centra in the village for anything you might need.
Owner was very responsive when we had a question which was great - I can highly recommend this property for a terrific getaway holiday.
This is a newly-constructed and well-appointed bungalow in the Wexford countryside, with a sea view and close to several beaches on the Wexford coast.
We enjoyed the quiet pastoral setting (our next-door neighbors were a flock of sheep), the excellent layout and furnishings of the house and being able to walk to and along the beach from the house (about 15 minute walk/stroll on a country byroad to the nearest beach).
The house is very well equipped and comfortably furnished. (Smart) TV, wifi and appliances are all up-to-date and work very well. The third bedroom has a day bed and desk and perfectly set up for dealing with teleconferences and other work that may come up -- or even for a work-from-VRBO scenario.
The host, Pauline, could not have been more friendly and helpful. There is an excellent folder with extensive, helpful and accurate tourist / local information. We only had time for about 10% of the suggestions in the folder but every recommendation we tried was spot-on.
This was our first stay in Co. Wexford and it was a revelation to us -- beautiful pastoral countryside, great beaches and attractive towns all in very easy reach.
We recommend Tinnaberna View without reservation for an Irish countryside/seaside getaway. We hope to return some day.
Tinnaberna View is probably the best house we've every stayed at in Ireland. Wonderful hosts who were quick to respond to our couple of questions. The house is immaculate and feels brand new, it has everything you didn't know you needed. Comfy beds, well insulated and warm, incredibly clean and well stocked with all amenities you'd possibly need. We both cook and the kitchen has everything. The fire was great and kept the house toasty without needing the heating on in mid winter. The location is fab, very peaceful and quiet and close to a beautiful beach for walks. Town is a few minutes in the car which has all the essentials. All in all it made for a perfect stay and we'll definitely be back again,
Really enjoyed out stay at Tinnabearna View. The property was immaculate and lovely open space outside with the friendly sheep. Close to shops and beaches. Pauline was so kind checking in with us and making sure we had a wonderful stay. Would definitely stay again.
