Raven View is a detached bungalow, set in a beautiful mature garden in the heart of Curracloe Village. The house is just minutes away from the breathtaking, blue flag beaches of Curracloe and Ballinesker. Curracloe is one of the cleanest beaches on the Irish coast and is best known for being featured in the world famous 1997 film "Saving Private Ryan" and also the most recent film "Brooklyn."
Nestled in the heart of the village, it has a host of amenities on its doorstep, including a hotel, bars, shops a Post office, hairdresser and a church. The nearby forest of Raven Wood is perfect for long walks or bike rides. The North Slob Wildlife Reserve is a must for nature lovers.
Curracloe Village is a 15 minute drive into Wexford Town where there is a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, leisure facilities, swimming pools and parks. Wexford Town is also renowned for the world famous Opera Festival in October, attracting tourists from all over the world.
Raven View is a 20 minute drive from award winning golf courses, a host of National Heritage Parks, castles and museums; so truly something for everyone to enjoy.
The property itself is set in beautiful mature, secluded gardens with panoramic views of the countryside. The bungalow comprises of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite with a shower, wash hand basin and wc. The fourth bedroom is a single room, perfect for a child. The bungalow also has a modern shower room and a separate room with wc and wash hand basin. It has a newly fitted kitchen/dining area, with electric hob and oven. It has a large well furnished living room, which has an open fire and patio doors leading out into the back garden.The property also has central heating throughout. The bungalow provides adequate parking for 4 cars.

Why they chose this property

We bought Ravens View in Curracloe after spending many happy holidays here as a child with my family. I then returned year after year renting holiday accommodation with our own children who also Ioved holidaying here, they have met so many friends and always had loads of great times in Curracloe Village & on the sands of Curracloe Beach. They are grown up now and still love returning so when the opportunity arose to buy here we jumped at it!! We return frequently & still love it, as once here we don't have to drive anywhere if we don't want to as everything on our doorstep. We decided to rent it out in 2017 & hopefully other families can create their own happy memories here!!

Ravens View is a spacious property in a beautiful setting and truly is in the perfect location, once your here you don't have to drive anywhere, as everything is in walking distance!!
