We loved the TreeTop Lodge. The layout was perfect. The views were beautiful. The weather wasn't the best, but that was ok, it gave us time to really enjoy the firepit. Would recommend this place again and again.
It was an amazing experience with our blended family of 9. I proposed to my girlfriend on the deck at the fireplace with all the kids there. We spent time exploring and enjoying the beautiful landscape and house.

One of our best family vacations! The property has absolutely every amenity, it's comfortable and was perfect for the size of our party. Enjoyed swimming, hiking (the Bald Mountain hike is incredible), pickle ball, tiki toss, and just hanging out on the covered deck. Would return in a heartbeat.
Loved the large kitchen and patio areas for hosting friends. Surrounded by the mountains and able to hike daily. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend a AWD vehicle as the mountain roads to the house are rocky and winding dirt roads. Plus the driveway is on a steep hill down.
The house was lovely and very well equipped. Great covered porch above a stream. Very peaceful! We will be returning. Thank you for sharing your wonderful property.
This was our first family vacation in years with our kids and their spouses. This house was perfect-lots of space, sauna, hot tub, outdoor gas, fire pit, all kinds of places that we could gather and chat or get away to when we need a little seclusion. Beautifully appointed, nothing was Left out. We had such fun and everybody raved about it. Thank you!
Loved the property. We had an awesome stay. You will need 4x4 or AWD to access the home for sure. They had everything we needed. The hot tub amd sauna were amazing. Theyade a great, fun filled ski trip with friends. Thanks for the memories
The property has a beautiful view off the deck, with a nice gas outdoor fire pit that we all sat around laughing and making memories. The property was decorated with a beautiful tall Christmas tree and other decor.
The indoor fireplace was cozy as well and it was labeled for all your necessities. The sound of the little branch and wildlife was a blessing to see and hear as well!
Great getaway for a group!!!
As other reviews have said, the pictures don’t do this place justice. The house was beautifully decorated, fully stocked, and had plenty of space for 9 of us to sleep. The privacy of the house was incredible. Our one piece advice would be to make sure you stock up on food because the options are limited in the area!
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The only issue is the last mile or so of the drive getting to the cabin and the driveway. The final stretch of road is dirt and quite muddy when it rains. The driveway is very steep and difficult to back out of. We brought our 24 Silverado ZR2 lifted truck and my steps still scraped a little backing out of the driveway. Luckily we brought my truck on the trip because a car wouldn’t have made it. There is a spot to park at the top of the property though if your vehicle can’t use the driveway.Overall, the property is great though. House is laid out great for family visits. I would definitely choose to stay here again!!!
Our stay at Tree Top Lodge was so nice and relaxing! The views were absolutely beautiful, and I can only imagine how breathtaking they would be during peak fall foliage. The home itself is beautifully decorated, with a great flow—definitely an entertainer’s dream. We did lose power twice, which was a bit disappointing, especially the first time when I was just about to start dinner. Thankfully, the owner was very responsive and came right over to reset the breaker. The second outage seemed to be from a storm, but it came back on just in time for checkout, so we were able to make to go coffees with no problem. A helpful tip for future guests: be sure to stock up on groceries and essentials before making the trek up the mountain—it’s definitely up there! Overall, we had a wonderful time and would love to return.
This was our first family trip in a while. It was much needed. The house and location were amazing and beautiful - exactly as described.
One important needed improvement - the lower level was very musty and damp. We had to buy several products to remove the smell and the dampness. More care and attention needs to be paid to this in the future prior to renting.
