Our modern and comfortable **** apartment is located in a quiet residential area on a south-facing slope and yet close to the center.
As a recognized climatic health resort, Waldmünchen offers you relaxation and adventure in the heart of the Upper Bavarian Forest Nature Park.
Enjoy your vacation in the center between the natural regions of the Bavarian Forest, Upper Palatinate Forest and Bohemian Forest.
The people, culture and unique buildings between Regensburg and Prague have to be explored.

Mein Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Es gab mit der Gästekarte (Kurtaxe) sehr viele kostenlose oder vergünstigte Angebote zu Kultur, Geschichte, Natur und Wellness. Die Ferienwohnung war optimal, sauber, neuwertig, gemütlich und die Vermieter supernett.

Kurz gesagt- weltklasse

Sensationeller Aufenthalt für insgesamt 5 Nächte in einer tadellosen Unterkunft, die keine Wünsche offen lässt, super gelegen ist für sternförmige Erkundung des Umlands incl Tchechiens und ein nicht zu unterschätzende äußerst zuvorkommende Betreeung der Vermieter. Die beste und schönste Ferienwohnung, die wir bisher hatten! Neu, modern eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Leider mussten wir unseren Wanderurlaub aufgrund von Krankheit frühzeitig beenden. Familie Gruber war sehr zuvorkommend und hat uns die anteilige Miete erstattet. Dafür noch einmal vielen Dank! Wir möchten gern wiederkommen, diesmal aber auch wirklich zum Wandern :-)

Absolut zu empfehlen

Unser Urlaub in dieser Ferienwohnung war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist alles da, was man für einen unkomplizierten und entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Der große Garten mit dem Spielgerät lädt die Kinder zum Spielen und Toben ein. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir werden wieder kommen. Danke an Familie Gruber für die schöne Zeit in der tollen Ferienwohnung.

Großartige Ferienwohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Sie ist barrierefrei. In der Nähe gibt es einen sehr schönen Badesee und viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Moderne Wohnung / überaus freundliche Gastgeber / erholsamer Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt über eine Woche war herrlich. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden herzlich in Empfang genommen und die Gastgeber standen jederzeit bei Bedarf zur Verfügung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und Willkommen gefühlt. Waldmünchen ist ein herrliches kleines Örtchen, um aus dem Alltag zu entfliehen. Die moderne Wohnung lässt dabei keine Wünsche an eine solche offen (Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Ausstattung). Für Ausflüge waren wir in der angrenzenden Natur, am Perlsee oder in nahegelegenen Orten (30 Minuten Umkreis) unterwegs.

Sonne tanken im Bayrischen Wald

Das Objekt liegt an einem Sonnenhang. Es handelt sich um sehr modernes Feriendomizil, welches auch so modern und mit allen erforderlichen Zubehör ausgestattet ist. Alle Räume sind ebenerdig, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Informationen und der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war sehr gut. Wir werden in der Schützenstraße bestimmt noch einmal Urlaub verbringen.

Super schön und hochwertig, Traumgarten für Kinder

Die Ferienwohnung ist super schön und durchgehend geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Tolle Räumlichkeiten, seeehr viel Stauraum, schöne Terrasse. Auch der Garten ist ein echtes Highlight - es gibt sogar eine Seilbahn!! Unsere Kinder (8 und 3) waren entsprechend begeistert 🤩. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder und bedanken uns noch mal ganz herzlich bei der ganzen Familie Gruber für ihre Gastfreundschaft

Gemütliche Ferienwohnung

Sehr schöne, moderne, helle und große Ferienwohnung mit sehr netten Vermietern. Im Sommer kann man sehr gemütlich auf der zugehörigen Terrasse sitzen. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig gelegen, zu Fuß ist man jedoch in 5 Minuten im Zentrum.

Sehr schöne und moderne Wohnung. Ruhig gelegen, jedoch gleich neben Stadtzentrum (z.B. Bäckerei 5 Gehminuten). Sehr liebe und hilfsbereite Gastgebern.

Aangenaam verblijf in een moderne woning

Schoon, ruim en modern. Van meerdere gemakken voorzien. Prettig om bij het huis, in de tuin te kunnen parkeren. Goede ventilatie in het huis. Gastvrije en vriendelijke eigenaars.

Sehr schöne Wohlfühlwohnung!

Wir haben wunderschöne Tage in dieser neuen, sehr stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung verbracht. Sie ist äußerst großzügig ausgestattet (von sämtlichen Küchen- u. Kommunikationsgeräten bis hin zu Kaffeekapseln und Küchenrolle ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen relaxten Urlaubsstart bzw -aufenthalt braucht). Die Vermieter wohnen selbst im Haus u. sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Den weitläufigen, sehr schön angelegten Garten haben besonders die Kinder jeden Tag auf‘s Neue genossen. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!
